We did decide to clarify this rule.  If you have over 51 players, you can essentially claim back 0.5 stars per pick.  I added a section in my SoF if people want to check it out.  It's how I've been tracking the rule of 51 as well, so it just adds another tiny section to make the math clearer for audit purposes.  Remember though, this only applies if you have 51 or more players.  It's also very important to remember to adjust this section with every draft pick that gets traded.

That will certainly change things up with some of the upcoming FA positions

Would our lower round draft allocation come out of the rule of 51? Or not until they are actually picked? I'm at 48 players with 7 picks basically putting me at 55. Do I have to count that extra 2 stars in my cap?

At 3.5 Stars for Johnson it's a 1.5 star gamble on if he retires. That's certainly a risk I'm willing to take. I think he'll be back
