    I really think Norv Turner would be my choice for OC. I'm just a fan, but Norv's playing calling demands seem to meet the criteria for our players.

    That's really no Ryan's fault. They have a lot of offensive weapons and simply not enough playmakers on defense.

    Well we've never been good at developing pass catchers. But Heap Mason and Boldin were expensive players in the last year of their contracts. It's not a similar situation.

    You're reaching now. At best Boldin was going to be with the team for another year. You're basically saying Boldin for a year is better than Ellerbe for five. You're not making sense. Lee got hurt, but at the time that was a really good trade.

    People need to calm down. You can't risk the long term structure of the team to keep Boldin for 1 season.

    Agreed, but in hindsight if we knew we couldn't keep him we should have shopped him earlier. 20/20 I know, but I was aware that he wasn't going to be back.

    We can't lose Ellerbe long term and hope to keep him just so we can keep boldin on his last legs.

    No it's not, Boldin has a very high salary for one year and has maybe a year or 2 left in him. Ellerbe will be playing for probably another 5 years if he can stay healthy. We can't sacrifice years of LB for a WR who can't get seperation.

    It just doesnt make sense to risk 5 years of Danelle Ellerbe to hold onto Anquin Boldin for one Season.
