He has a attacking style but handed Kubiaks book and told to run that. Need to get all the coaches on the same page, the biggest being on the D side. Trestman as a OC is used to a 4-3 D on the other side. Thats what we need. Full buy in from top to bottom. And a single vision. Right now ots a CF and this is what we get.
