  1. What the hell is wrong with Campanraro, he's so weak and fragile. All he does is get hurt and collects a check. He's useless. Why is he even on IR anyway, we never heard about him getting injured?

I guess giving up a pick to the Cleveland Clowns to draft the injury-prone Campanaro has a story behind it that it has yet to be revealed. He is a MD native too so he must know somebody because he's been collecting checks for a while now lol

I'd prefer to wait for Cordarrelle Patterson to be cut.
Younger, better receiver than Campanaro, and better return man than either Campanaro or Hester (at this point in his career).

Also Tate from Cinci is a possible free agent choice.

Well, better return man, for sure, but his productivity at receiver has taken a nosedive the last few years.

Look at the Vikes QBs in the past 3 years tho!

Ramsey please slide to us man. You best fit on our team not the Cowboys or Jags. He needs to be a Raven. Please! Let him slide to us. ?

Boy do I hope he does slide to us... and I guess that could happen... (Chargers taking Tunsil, Cowboys taking Zeke and Jags taking Jack) that is possible but I really don't like our chances. I really do think that If it did... you and I would be doing some backflips! Lets hope... (another scenario that could cause Ramsey to fall to us is another trade- which is possible)~!

I don't think he will be at #6 either...but if he is, I think it would be hard for the Ravens brass not to rush the stage and snag him!

Boy I hope we get this guy!! I'll join on them flips lol

  4. Aiken is definitely a breath of fresh air. He made lots of tough catches and kept his head up. He had to catch for 4 diff QBs and still made plays. If we are able to snatch Treadwell, and with SSS and Breshard returning fully recovered, WRs should be good to go. TEs are also set barring injuries. Oh, and we need to create turnovers like a MOTHER LOVER!!!

  5. Anyone else as confused as me about Pitta's injury?? I mean, We've seen athletes come back from torn ACLs, MCLs, ligaments, biceps, achilles, etc but a non-contact hip injury it's this serious?? What If he re-injurs it?? will that cause him to not be able to walk again?? How are athletes so fragile nowadays? I just don't get it. is it Poor training? Poor conditioning? Wrong cleats? Wrong diet? Messed up fields? Frankly, Soccer players play all year long (sometimes 2-3 games a week) and rarely suffer injuries even though each player covers 3-4 miles a game (except the goalie), but football players play for 4 months and over 1/3 of our roster goes to IR. Something is missing here.

  6. Come on ppl, we don't need OL or CB that bad. Our O-Line has been the same with the additions of some surprising ones like Jensen and how Mr. Mathematics played at Center. We just need to sign K.O. to keep him in Baltimore. Our pass defense lead the league in "Fewest Yards Allowed" from week 9 on so obviously the communication got better and the secondary performed well in the second half. We definitely need another WR like ODB or Amari Cooper who can just come in and contribute right away. Unfortunately, we haven't gotten lucky drafting a WR in the 1st round.

  7. Stats like that can be deceiving. What are those seven teams' rankings in pass offense? Did they have their run games working and just threw the ball less? Either way, it all boils down to the W/L. But, I imagine you were inferring an improvement in the overall play of the pass defense and you are probably right.

Yep, it's the little improvements that will only get better. Our pass defense jumped 18 spots in 7 weeks based on ESPN and NFL which is a major improvement if you ask me.

  8. The ravens need that C-Mac or Reed type talent in the secondary. This should their goal. Secondary is our weakest position and that's a very bad thing in this pass happy league. The ravens will lay down for no team and I don't expect them to this game. The fan in me wants them to win. It's the bengals and we're overdue. But there is still that part of me that is looking ahead. I wouldn't be mad if they lost.

Our pass defense leads the league in fewest yards allowed in the past 7 weeks. Just thought I'd throw it out there.

  9. The win over Pitt has definitely boosted the team's confidence and I will not be surprised if we go to Cincy and win. As for our current draft spot, all of you who keep saying we cant't afford to pick outside of the top 10, I got news for you. Ray Lewis was selected 26th, Jamie Sharper was 34th, Duane Starks & C-Mac were 10th, Heeeeeeap 31st, Reeeeeeeeeeeed was the 24th in 2002, JJ was picked at 109, Dawan Landry 146th, Sam Koch 203rd, Yanda was picked 86th in 2007, Joe Flacco & Ray Rice 18th & 55th in 2008, Arthur Jones 157th, McPhee 165th, Jimmy Smith 27th, Upshaw and K.O. were 35th and 60th in 2012, Brandon Williams 94th and it goes on. Why should I doubt the FO when every team in the NFL knows we DRAFT well every year?? Even the fans of other teams tell me you guys always find diamonds in the rough. Let's end the 4 game skid to the Bengals and finish strong. Cheers!

  10. Oh yeah! Sweeping the Steelers in a down season is as sweet as it gets. Even with that win, we seem to be locked into a top 10 pick which is solid. Don't be surprised if Ozzie trades back to number 20 and pick up two second rounders and 2 third rounders on top. oh and Jimmy has had a good season with no pass rush whatsoever. Remember QBs have all day to throw with Mr. Pees Schemes. Cheers!
