  1. I think the organization finally realized that we can't become an offensive team because we are known to play smash-mouth football. That's why they went ahead and stacked the D up so we can play old school Raven football. We still need a monster RB tho so we can run the ball and bully opponents. I think we should have considered Adrian Peterson as he was dirt cheap. I have high hopes for Dixon and West and I think they can be a problematic duo once they get going, but that 4 game suspension is really bothering me. Lorenzo showed flashes too when healthy, but he's hurt too often.
  2. Same here. I just want us to get our swagger back. Ever since Ray and Ed left, teams have not been scared of us anymore, but now we have players/veterans who can play smash mouth football and hit. All we need is a dominate rushing attack and we'll be just fine. Joe is at his best when he has a running game working so he can use more play-action plays.
  3. This is the year we need to have a couple or 5 players come outta nowhere like buddy Z-Orr did! This teams truly needs a youngster to embrace the challenge and take it to the next level. We have a bunch of young and raw O-Linemen and there will be 3 open spots to compete for since we know Yanda and Ronnie are day 1 starters. and as we all know, we have TEs for days so open competition all over the place just like WRs, CBs, DTs, DEs, and Special Teams. I just hope that injury jinx stays the hell away lol
  4. frrrrrrack outta here Eisenberg. As talented as Burfict is, he is a DIRTY player and someone who has singlehandedly cost the Bengals the W in the postseason 2 years in a row. He does not belong here. We got our own Burfict now in T.W. Let's go get em Timmy boy!
  5. This is definitely a STEAL! Yes, he's had off the field issues, but the fact that he dropped to 78 is a head scratcher. He is definitely a solid tackler and he's got NFL ready frame. Last but not least, I think the fact that he dropped this far will make him play with an extra chip on his shoulders. Time will tell. Cheers!
  6. I actually thought the same thing. We have not had any luck drafting a WR unless Perriman pans out. There are definitely going to be cuts and we are probably gonna scoop a WR then.
  7. Why can't we have a 3rd day draft pick that turns out like Tyreek Hill? Can we get lucky once please? I want a damn 5th or 6th rounder to be our Rookie of the year with some amazing plays? Is that too much to ask?
  8. I just pray we draft a WR/RB and he turns out like Tyreke Hill from the Chiefs. Please GOD! Just once!
  9. years to wait? LOL, you are trippin Chucky Boy!!
  10. Nah NJ, I understand we could use McCaffrey, but we NEED Foster a whole a lot more. C-Mac might fall He looks like a Mosley type. He is going to come in and contributes right away probably especially now that Orr is gone.
  11. I'll take a small school kid. He will be more humble and will come in with a chip on his shoulders whereas Mike Williams might come in and act like he's a National Champ and from one of the best football schools in the country. Frankly, Clemson players are kinda risky picks too, but I hope I'm wrong if we draft him
  12. Those of you who think we should draft a QB are clueless. We have a QB who is good enough and there are a lot of other teams that would die to have him. We also need to remember that the FO keeps changing his Coordinators so he's always been learning a new playbook. He has the highest cap hit of any QB in the league this year and we can't afford to waste a darn draft pick on a QB. We have sooooooo manyyyyyy other holes to fill and QB isn't one for the next 2-3 years.
  13. We already knew this. Did they really have to write another article about this? SMH
  14. Problem is, we just don't know how to utilize our talents. Darren Waller has crazy speed for his size, but our playbook has nothing for him. Same applies to Lorenzo and Boyle. Maxx came outta college as the best TE available and we have not seen JACK from him either. It ain't the players, its the coaching staff. Simply-put.
  15. That's what I would think. As I remember, what Harbaugh said sounded to mean "it's only one receiver we really need from the veteran market". Yep, all we need is Q and we should be set. He won a SB with us so once he walks back in the locker room, players will follow his leadership. We need to let our youngins develop. Darren Waller is a beast! We just don't know what to do with him. Boyle and Maxx got a lot of talent, but just like Waller, our offensive coaches are clueless as to how to use them. Breshard is on the right track barring injuries Wallace will only get more comfortable here in his 2nd season. Moore has talent and speed and should be fine in his second year too. Dixon and West are just fine as well. We just need one vet WR.
  16. We don't need a WR in the 1st round! Are you folks outta your mind? We don't do well with WRs in the 1st round. We hit Home-runs when we pick OL or LB with our first rounders. Plus, if D-Cook is available when we pick, I'd much rather gamble on him than a WR. The FO needs to convince Q to return to the Ravens and we should be good.
  17. I have two RR jerseys. Where can I trade them in for different jerseys?
  18. I've already put it here yesterday, but hey: last season Carr covered Odell beckham, AJ Green, Mike Evans and Golden Tate for most of a total of 5 games, and he allowed a total of 1 TD on these games - and even that wasn't really on him, but blown coverage of the safety. He covered OBJ in 6 games and never allowed a 100-yard game for him. Sounds like good enough for me. Also, you don't play 144 games in the NFL if you're "not a good player"... Thank you very much! We can always rely on you to tell these fools what's up. Cheers!
  19. That's exactly what l'm waiting for next for Ozzie to sign... Zach Brown. Me too
  20. Don't forget the secondary lost Coach Frazier. He is a big time loss than what most people think. The new faces need to get used to the playbook so we can't really expect much their first year. Unless Mr. Weddle takes over and teach them the ropes to Ravens football which he did almost perfectly with the season he had. Offense still needs playmakers though. We have the players (Wallace, Waller, Dixon, West, Boyle, Maxx, Pitta, etc) to do damage offensively, but we lack a creative offensive coordinator. We lost Steve Smith too which isn't gonna help. Offense still lacks an identity and needs a leader ASAP! Defensive Coordinator isn't creative either. Truth be told, he's not what this team needs. We need an aggressive play caller and since Chucky P, we have not had one.
  21. 5.8 over the next two seasons. its the same as releasing. we didnt get anything extra, we just moved up 12 spots in a nearly irrelevant round . Irrelevant round huh? Why don't you google 6th round picks from the year 1999-2016 and you might changed your mind.
  22. It also saved $5.8 million in cap. What's wrong with that?
  23. Let's not forget Tom Brady was a 6th round pick. Maybe this year we hit a jackpot with our 6th rounder. You just never know :-)
