want one of the 6 ft. cb's

Our other options are Skura (great C at Duke, but a lighter build in the mold of Zuttah), Pughsley (have no idea) or possibly Wesley (big dude right there).
Keep an eye on Nembot at RT. Dude is a tremendous athlete.
i have to agree that we probably have an in house replacement for rt. center we either trade for or draft but we need a vet for at least a season to teach the rook. mangold is not the answer imo

agreed
Not sure how I feel about this. Young can play better.
You can never have too many quality DBs.
Side note: He's never missed a game in his career. That's crazy.
the kiss of death
We now have Carr and Tavon as slot CBs and much needed depth in our secondary. If we can find someone now to start opposite Jimmy (long term-bc Carr can fill the gap)... We can have a legit solid defense. With both Jefferson and Weddle in the back. Williams- Pierce- and Timmy upfront
Cj ad Suggs at LB... We are pretty stacked on defenseYep we are getting stacked. Turning out to be a scary defense. Pees all to you bud to have a successful playcalling this year. No more prevent defense in the 4th.
dean pees will be the key aside from health of players. hopefully the loss of frazier does not set the secondary back
hopefully he pans out unlike so many they have brought in here lately. we need a center,rt, rb, wr. defense seems somewhat set aside from young olb, ilb, future safety for weddle and cb to take over for brittle jimmy when he gets hurt again as usual. seems like a lot of needs so i can see us trade back to hoard more picks.
even 5 per year is too much for someone as brittle as him.
I'm sorry but that's hillarious! We moved up 12 spots in the 6th round. Really?...
Just let the guy walk allowing him to chose his destination if that's all we get in return. Am I missing something?
hopefully it is packaged on draft day to move up in some round
1st rd.charles harris, derek barnett 2nd rd. cb, o-lineman or d'onta foreman. if sidney jones falls to late 2nd or 3rd rd i hope we trade up to snag him for 2018
trade our next 10 7th rd picks to the browns for the rights to roll the dice on josh gordon.

You know how the Government when being investigated hires a special independent investigator and prosecutor. I think the Ravens need a WR independent investigator and decision maker. Clearly we can't do it in any aspect from the draft to retirement with the staff we have in the FO, we have missed horribly.
The Ravens need a special department solely devoted to analysis of college and pro wide receivers so we can actually be successful at doing something, anything in the way of signing a WR. They need to have access to a specified amount of the salary cap and act completely independent in their analysis. Ozzie tells them that we need 2 rookie and one free agent vet and then this department takes it from there and they get what they want.
Bisciotti has to do something at some time because this has gotten ridiculous. No other team is as miserable at signing players than the Ravens are at signing or drafting WRs. Can we get old guys who can fill in, yes, but how about a young, good, WR, that we can keep and will help Flacco to be more successful because they develop a rapport that last longer than 2 years.
the browns have been just as bad when it comes to qb's
I say Ozzie's surprise will be ...................... OJ Howard! Why?
1. If he's available he is BPA
2. Pitta and Howard would be big headaches for any defense.
3. Max is a bust, Gilmore is a blocking tight end!
4. We will save cap space by cutting Watson
5. This is the next best thing to having a dominate slot WR which we need. Wallace and Perriman will stretch the field while TE's do damage in the middle.
We shall see1. Not necessarily, and we have so many other needs. It would work better if we could trade one of our existing TE's, maybe for an OL guy.
3. Gilmore is pretty darn good with the ball in his hands.
5. I agree. If we have a chain moving TE, do we need a chain moving WR?
i was actually talking with a buddy of mine about the possibility of the front office trading one of the te's for a pick or o-lineman
guys... I think there might be a chance Reuben Foster falls to us. I've started watching tape on the top 50 guys, this man is a bad dude who is gonna be an absolute stud for whoever picks him up. Him next to CJ with Brandon/Timmy/Pierce in the middle and our big hitting safeties coming down off the edge. Tavon and Jimmy would be just fine as our starting CBs with that much pressure. If Kaufusi, KC, or Judon can show up and play, man that defense would be fierce.
not with pees running it
zuttah was manhandled in short yardage situations and even with juice we couldnt convert for the most part which is why i wasnt too upset when we lost juice to the niners. not sure mangold is the answer even in the short term with his injury issues as of late. teams have inquired if mangold would be willing to switch to guard which tells me at age 33 teams have their doubts. wonder if a trade is in the works for one
They overpaid for a run stopper, who puts little pressure on the qb. Our lack of a pass rush in the 4 th quarter especially , is what costs us over the last few years. He may not even be on the field in those situations. He's a solid player, I like him, I don't think his overall contribution merits the highest pay for a nose tackle in the league.
dean pees cost us in the 4th qtr by going into prevent defense when we have leads. wish we had gotten gus bradley or someone that is aggressive and shows no mercy like marvin lewis in 2000.
boldin would be great for the young receivers

He also went to the Pro Bowl last year so l think it would be a perfect replacement for Zach Orr. Ozzie should sign him if the price is right. Hopefully they can sign Claiborne, draft Derek Barnett in the first if he's there at 16, if Sidney Jones make it anywhere in the second round trade up to get them. Ozzie needs to be aggressive; if someone slips move up.
brown would be a nice addition but may cost too much for what we have left in cap $$. i also like the idea of moving up to grab jones if he falls in the 2nd.

doom dont forget we have the great dean pees running the defense. he quits when we have a lead
sidney jones tore his achilles. wonder how far he will fall in the draft
guy will get his ring next season
i am still smh as to how the patriots continue to pull it off every off season. they are the best because they are always a step ahead. i like the duo of weddle and jefferson but depth is still needed which is why i hope we can bring webb back for pennies on the dollar. my fear is that clueless pees will not know how to utilize them in blitz pkgs. or schemes. i pray they stay healthy. i was really hoping we would hire gus bradley to run the defense. pees quits when he has a lead
kendall wright in the slot, zach brown or kevin minter at ilb, dj fluker at guard giving lewis a shot at rt. if we can get one of the ilb's i would be happy and wright would be a nice fit as well but im not really sure how much cap space we have left to go after free agents. i am not sold on mangold being 33 and coming off of injury plagued seasons but if he comes really cheap than i guess he is worth a shot but we must draft a center at some point.
without a player like b.williams our ilb's would be useless. i like pierce and hope he continues to impress but it was only a small sample with him and no guarantee he would improve. jernigan started like a house of fire and fizzled so i am grateful to have williams back.

definitely need to add one with one of the first 2 picks imo. i see us drafting a wr or olb at #16 depending on which one is the bpa
