aside from daryl the overall youth of this group makes me nervous. i know cj had a great rookie season but he is still young. would like to see us pick up a veteran to provide knowledge and be another veteran mentor to this group

the key to us beating the broncos week 1 will be pees effectiveness to getting to manning. suggs and doom hopefully have not lost a step. hope new pass rushers from this young group we have will emerge

hell no on webb returning kicks. someone else will emerge. i like deandre carter possibly in that role. campanaro would be another possibility but he may not even be in the league much longer if he continues to miss time with injuries.

aside from the health of the whole team my 2 biggest concerns are the pass rushing depth behind our 2 over 30 something olb's because if either or both lose a step this season and no one else steps up to help than we are in trouble. would not surprise me if the front office brings in a veteran that gets cut before the season for depth if the younger guys struggle in camp or preseason and schaub needs to improve before the season begins or we our screwed if flacco gets injured

daryl is up there in age and brown needs to show the coaches that he can take over next year and keep us from drafting an ilb early. big preseason for him

the cb's pees had playing 7-10 yards off the ball were the guys pees knew would get torched off the line of scrimmage. we fell into bad luck with injuries to webb smith rolle and asa getting suspended. the depth we had did the best they could but they got torched by the deflated ball master. looks like we r better off in the secondary as of right now but come playoff time we shall see which of these guys can suit up and play. hopefully the team can stay healthier this season
