  1. hope the team watched the game from 08'. those clips just fired me up. would be nice to see the o-line open up some massive holes like they did in the 08' game.
  2. defense will do what they can on the road but this game will depend on the offense having success and the hc not taking points off the board and going for it on every 4th and 1. go ravens and i see us pulling this one out
  3. Kind of early to make any predictions, isn't it? Ramsey=Peters? In whose fantasy world is that real? Ramsey hasn't looked bad, but he's not exactly been a game changer either, so let's wait and see before proclaiming the guy the second coming of Neon Sanders...And how are you saying its a major mistake for drafting Stanley? Almost every lineman in NFL history has taken at least a year to make the transition from college to pros. Its not as easy as you seem to believe. More so with two rookies starting besides each other, but that's a different complaint then just saying the guy's a bum. pretty much all o-lineman go through an adjustment period. So I'll wait to make a judgement call...you may be proven correct, but at this point you're simply over reaching to lay blame on the front office with no justification. i also wanted to add to your solid post that the great jonathan ogdan played guard his rookie season to get acclimated while stanley was thrown into the fire
  4. Agree. I think we put up between 24-30 with D/ST getting 6. You mentioned a pick off Dak. I see a bit hit and FF in the backfield. Something similar to the hit Ngata put on Mendanhall in the 33-7 route of Pitts a few years ago at home. Just makes me think how much softer and less imposing of a team we would be without Big Mike. Pierce and Young have lifted this Defense back to being the Baltimore Ravens Defense. I'm just praying that Ozzie doesn't see BWILL as expendable with Pierce around. We need those 2 to stuff the run for YEARS!!!!!!!!!!!! Both get backfield penetration too which is so awesome considering they almost weight 700 pounds together. agreed 100% must keep b. williams
  5. this one will be tough but if the offense can get off to a better start than normal than they have a chance on the road.
  6. hope most of these guys can play
  7. the te group was considered a big strength in camp, but in reality it has been a disaster aside from pitta.
  8. hoping for a $120 million performance sunday from mr. flacco
  9. i am more concerned with the patchwork o-line than the game sunday because zuttah is playing injured and has been avg. at best thus far and now our depth is dwindling to the point we will be starting guys that will get manhandled for the most part. with yanda and lewis out it will make things more difficult but i have my fingers crossed that marty will have a solid game plan to help flacco get rid of the ball more quickly
  10. Bring up Camp, release Hester and pray that Camp can stay healthy for a game or two. i was going to say i hope he can last 1 play.
  11. the defense will be exhausted if the offense does not keep them fresh and score early for once!!
  12. word is yanda will miss several more games as well. looks like urschel and ducasse will get their chances now. poor offense.
  13. I was thinking that too, 80 yards total is break out/front page worthy? Lol. We face Elliot next week, a RB that has been breaking out week after week. I'm definitely watching that game with a close eye. Elliot is top 5 pick, he's expected to breakout Exactly, plus they have the best o-line in the league. Has been for a couple seasons now. injuries plus castillo keep us from having a much better line. since castillo was hired the best season the o-line had was when kubs was in charge.
  14. surprised we did not make a trade for a lineman before the deadline. they have been battered all season. jake long got hurt once again yesterday
  15. if lewis and yanda are out than flacco will not have time to go deep. marty will have to get creative with quick routes. hope yanda can play
  16. offense needs to copy some of these other teams off. schemes which have worked against dallas. dallas d will give up some points but it will be up to the offense to keep up and give the d some rest. this one on the road makes me nervous. offense cannot wait until the 4th qtr to get going
  17. with what $$$
  18. cannot stand the cowgirls but need them to win. their o-line is no joke.
  19. i was thinking the same thing. a steelers loss and a few injuries to the cowgirls would not hurt my feelings one bit. hehehe
  20. nice job by suggs and the whole defense. sizzle has some gas left in the tank. my concern is with the health of the o-line and its depth
  21. grateful as always for any win we get. offense needs to get to a quicker start and stanley was abused by collins which worries me moving forward. he seems a step or 2 too slow. o-line must do a better job handling blitzes on 3rd downs
  22. Not sure who Dan Pees is, but he will most certainly meet Dean Pees hehehehe
  23. not looking good for yanda. this is why i find greedy goodell to be a hypocrite when he says he cares about player safety yet he has thursday games which does not allow players to have those extra 3 days to heal up. fans pay big $$ to watch their team play as close to full strength as possible and now players will be out for both teams that could have possibly been able to play if it were sunday.
  24. gillmore? forgot all about him and his 8 receptions for the season
