  1. another great pick by ozzie
  2. o-line is too inconsistent and flacco is below avg thus far running the offense. i pray he wakes up on xmas and gives us the best light show we have ever seen. maybe the receivers will show up and not drop passes as well how many dropped passes were there today? 4
  3. It's not an excuse, it's a search for an explanation on a ball that had no chance of being anything other than an interception. And if you were to think honestly and look back at history, you'd have to acknowledge that this not a typical Joe Flacco type of interception. He'll throw interceptions where a route got jumped, or he'll have an over/under/behind/in-front of off-target throw, right? But this throw was none of those things. It was just completely targeted to a spot where no receiver was running a route to. These are typically what we call "miscommunications" so that's the most obvious explanation, right? If you re-watch the play, you can see how if Waller ran a horizontal cut on that route instead of diagonal, then the throw actually starts to make sense. So, that's *a possibility* for what happened on that play. Rather than just calling it an "underachieving QB" why don't you watch the play and come back at me and explain how there is no possibility that this was anyone's fault but Flacco's, for X/Y/Z reason(s)? I'd love an actual discussion, rather than dismissal with no actual argument. I think that's fair. flacco has reached his peak in bmore. he is below avg. until proven otherwise. he had a great 4 game run and that is all. receivers are weak as well
  4. Ravens win out = Division win. Ravens beat Squealers, Squealers lose to Browns = Division win. squeelers lose to browns? hahahahahahahahaha how about flacco playing like a 120 mil man and beating the raiders skins giants and jets. brady would have put up 45-60 against the eagles today
  5. garbage play as usual

  7. The play calling towards the end was baffling. We must have had a lot of confidence in our defense (I am not sure why) the way our last offensive drive was called. I get that we were trying to be safe run the clock and try not to turn it over, but we really didn't make any legitimate attempt at getting that first down. It would have made more sense to me if we were on the 50 but we were pinned back and gave them good field position which they capitalized on. why would you be safe with a qb that makes 120 mil. he sucked today and stop defending him. morningweg went into safe mode which still almost cost us the game because flacco and the receivers are inept. receivers still run routes that make no sense on 2nd and 3rd downs.

  9. That's not necessarily true. First, you said it yourself, it was in the 2nd quarter. Still too early to give up on the running game. Second, running the ball, as long as you are moving the chains, will limit the amount of times NE would get onto the field. We don't know if it would have worked, because we didn't try to run it. bingo!!
  10. wonder what harbs does if camp fumbles one away
  11. take your anger out on the eagles and lets come out of this game healthy. cannot afford to lose anymore key players. god i hope shareece elam powers and the rest of the secondary can step up and gain some confidence moving forward. go ravens and the rest of the teams we need to win!!
  12. so is it Engrams fault or Ozzies. Top pff grades for the game.... T Ronnie Stanley, 83.6 G Marshal Yanda, 81.7 FB Kyle Juszczyk, 81.6 T Ricky Wagner, 79.8 C Jeremy Zuttah, 76.8 The offensive line has played really well these last few games. You're inability to realize this isn't surprising. Blaming their supposed terrible play on the coach is par for the course. But PFF is probably BS right? You would do yourself well by trying to learn some of the fundamentals of each position so that you would know who is playing well and who is not. Looks like you guy Leslie Frasier has been thwarted once again by DP because when the defense plays well LF is responsible and when the D plays poorly DP is on the hook. Bobby Engram has nothing to do with Perrimans stats. His stats are a product of his snap count and the other receivers that are ahead of him. But you know best, we should probably just give all of MW snaps to BP. What Michael Thomas has to do with anything is beyond me. His production in NO offense has no bearing on what his production would be in our offense and I am not sure if you have seen but in light of said production NO is 5 and 8. Maybe we should just trade WR coaches with NO and that would solve all of our problems. While we are at it we should probably pick up Dallas' OL coach and the Pats QB coach. picking those coaches up would be a big improvement
  13. where is frank walker when you need him?
  14. jh:hello norv this is john harbaugh, nt: what can i do for you john? jh: funny that you ask but i would like you to run my offense next season. nt: if i have to keep castillo and engram than forget it and if you force me to go for it on 4th down like 10 times a game than forget it. those are my terms. jh: i give in norv because if the offense stinks once again my job will be in deep doo doo. nt: damn right it will be john but ozzie should be canned as well for loading your roster with 2nd rate players. hey maybe if you get fired they will hire me as the hc. sure i accept the oc job john and thanks.
  15. The hate really amazes me. Joe has messed up plenty and most certainly deserves criticism. He does need to do better, no doubt about that. The money he is paid is thrown around constantly, but it is often forgotten that is what quarterbacks cost. They make more than the other positions on the field. I believe a lot of the vicious hate is rooted in jealousy of his wealth and success. castillo and receiver coach bobby engram should be replaced at seasons end. we cannot develop receivers. saints drafted receiver michael thomas in the 2nd rd with pick 47 and he has 800 plus yards and 8 td's thus far while perriman has lagged behind. if he is another torrey smith than what a waste of a pick by the front office yet once again when we could have had thomas. did the scouts drop the ball or was this ozzies decision.
  16. i was hoping he would have been signed as a consultant than give him the job at the end of the season. depends on whether he even wants to continue coaching. hopefully harbs at least talks to him at the end of the season.
  17. Draft and Free Agency we need to pick up 3 new CB's. cb's that can actually cover. no more dumpster diving
  18. need to make cb the priority in the offseason because brittle jimmy will always miss games every season at the worst time. tavon will continue to improve but he is suited for the slot or against smaller receivers. im disappointed with the front office for not making it a priority after that debacle in ne 2 years ago
  19. no receivers and cb's and a qb that cannot audible will make it tough. fingers crossed. go ravens cincy and hate to say the pats!!
  20. what happened to the shareece we saw in week 1 that was dominant
  21. how about warming up to running a scary offense
  22. Somebody, give this man a prize and a job on the Ravens's offensive staff! Seriously! How can you have a staff of offensive coaches and nobody can make a suggestion or adjustment? this is why i posted earlier that the offense needs a complete overhaul and harbs better make the right choice at oc or he may be on the hot seat next season. i was telling my buddies why was flacco not changing the play to the run when he saw the players begin to drop back.
  23. flacco has reached his peak in baltimore imo. would love to see him prove me wrong with another title run but i just do not see it. he is not a leader and cannot carry a team on his back for the $$ he is making. i still feel they should see what they could get for him in a trade to free up that contract if there is a team that would in fact be interested in him and the remainder of his contract. still blows my mind that they have not been able to draft or even develop a stud receiver since 1996. brittle jimmy will never be healthy for a full season and cb has been an issue for several years and the fo knows how bad things can get when brittle jimmy is out yet they never did anything to remedy the situation. keep restructuring players contracts who are not as productive any longer and it bites us in the butt because we are stuck with them for even longer when $$ should have been spent to retain guys that were making the plays and had youth on their side. harbs really needs to get it right with the next oc or next season may be his last and the front office needs to get it together. go ravens and go to all the teams we need to win to help us out!!
  24. way to go stanley. you are one of the very few positives in an otherwise weak and below avg. offense.
