I know he's coming off an injury, but I'm surprised I got Allen so cheaply.  Good range and athleticism, and he can play either safety position.  With him and Demps added I have a respectable, albeit not elite, rotation on the back end with a good diversity of skillsets.  Collins, while bad in coverage, actually plays the run pretty well so he's useful in that respect and could be used in that linebacker-esque role a la Buchanon in Arizona.
