    And even splitting it to only apply to higher tier guys opens arguments about who should be in which system.

    That's essentially your cut off point. If you actually do what truth does and be the leading bidder at both cut offs your guaranteed the player

    It isn't just Truth, and it's not anyone's fault.  It's a broken system.  Let's not act like some of these guys are getting massive contracts like this either, there are multiple problems with what we do.

    Welcome to my world.  I cleared cap space anticipating a bid off only to get screwed.

    But at least I got the guy I immediately regretted bidding on 10 seconds after I did it.  Woohoo.
