The one thing that ED/Ray would've brought to this team, is outside of drills and practice was the studying!! Which I think some of these players has lost sight of when it comes to individual performance. There are many interviews where both said they would have people over their houses all day watching/discussing teams/players habits and formations. This is what I myself wanted ED/Ray to teach ...what it takes to play at the highest level. Name me one player since ED/Ray has retired that has spoke of this? And I don't mean in the team meeting's.

I think Treadwell would be the best pick at 6 (if there) I'm not sold on Perriman and that injury. If Perriman goes dn again what will we have at that position, The same people we had last year but with some other low rnd. picks. IMO it's time to give Flacco a decent core of receivers and it would be a solid pick.

Taking in account of how close our losses were this season. If Treadwell is there I think he and Perriman along with our solid TE's would put together some high scoring games. As long as were somehow able to develop a young WR group, which we seem to have problems with and use them properly.

This team needed a shake up, letting Pees goes would have been good start, instead we loose a better coach. Hurt to watch this season and at the end nothing new happens but the same old...

Sad just Sad. Guess they have not learned nothing from the Cam experiment what a joke.

Ok I'll buy that. But here is the kicker this O is not ready to be a total passing team and hang with the likes those teams. So to counter this I say once again this D better be better than what we have seen and not just this year.

112 pages...funny!! So the D has a couple of decent games and now were fine with Pees. This D has been medium lvl at best with this man coaching and will continue to be just that. He is to stubborn and set on his way's, "it is not the scheme it's the players" lol ok. Another Cam topic just goes on and on until enough has been seen 5years later. I myself would rather have a new D coach with new ideas instead of this lame D we call the Ravens way. Heck even a non proven coach would be better at least he would be open to changes. Oh well just another Cam go along.

Maybe this is the time where we remove "Play Like A Raven" and replace with "Play for your stickers". JH has lost this team, his buddy system has caught up to him. He no longer has a Ray or ED keeping the players in check or covering the play calling, now your seeing Harbs true coaching abilities.

What a joke. Wonder how many Pees has and maybe a few position coaches. For darn sure our WR coach. How the heck can we not develop a decent WR in all these years? Instead our #1 are Vets we pick up for a couple of years and no solid number 2. Q and Torrey ? Why has this team not been running 2 TE sets they seem after SS going dn to be our best ball catchers. Hope your on your coaches as much as your on the players, they go hand in hand.

Pees is sure not helping. Something is going on, outside of SSS it seems from Jimmy on down has went backwards big time. This will be just like the Cam thing, it just keeps going and going until finally someone pulls the trigger. Maybe it's just one of those thing's, then again maybe our coaches have lost this team. The season is done fire Pees and let another finish the season while looking for the "RIGHT" person to bring back Ravens D. We seem to no longer instill fear into teams playing us, where is the Mentality of organized chaos and bruising hitting and gang tackles..

Does not matter who we draft for this D, the problem is this scheme of "bend don't break" will only change that players way of playing. While Ray and Ed were on their dn hill side, what they lacked in skill were made up in leadership (more so Ray). Avg. players seemed to play harder and better when Ray was there. Now was it Ray's presence that helped players do this or was it him changing the play calls that did this, don't know but I do know that it was a major contributor to our Ravens way. Pees seems so stuck on proving his scheme will work instead of alternating what works best for the game/player. This is where I think he is bad for the team. Bend don't break...is now bent over and broken.

We had the Browns done just before half ..I blame both sides of the ball once again we took our foot of the gas pedal and went to safe mode. Pees should be fired asap no more waiting for end of season at least let someone else in the ranks give it a try. JH gets blame here as well. Get on that mic and tell both coaches to stay on the gas pedal and don't let off. I always see him shaking his head while looking at the ground, it's your team make things happen at the moment not late in the forth. How come all these years we can't seem to develope a good receiver . I understand we don't draft high but come on outside of bring in a vet. We can't teach a wide receiver to be better that what we have. Flacco....open your eyes Givens broke away twice and you throw the harder throw to another man. You should be changing the calls at the line when it's being loaded, no more BS that we run the play sent in.

This weather has me worried, I hope our running game will show up tonight. The Front 7 better be ready for a very BIG dose of Bell.
