    Colts have fired Pep Hamilton after his units poor performance leading to a 3-5 start (After AFCC appearance last year). Yet here we are, Dean Pees still has a job at 2-6, Harbs get's too buddy-buddy with his staff, be professional and do what's best for the team

      Basically it like Brian Billick in reverse an offensive genius who never had an offense as a coach but when the GM/ owner ignore that side of the ball that is what happens. I will gladly take Pagano back here instead of Ean no D Pees

      Luck's influence to bring in Pep has no barring on his performance as an OC in the eyes of the front office. Gruden even grilled Pep's situational playcalling on MNF after running Ahmad Bradshaw straight into Carolina's nasty front 7 on consecutive 3rd and intermediate situations.

      Actually, it has a GIGANTIC influence. In reality, the opinion of Luck is arguably the ONLY thing that matters, because he's the only thing that matters in regards to that franchise. The GM is replaceable, and the coach is certainly replaceable.

      I could care less whether Gruden grills playcalling or not, because his opinion doesn't matter. There's 32 OC's in this league who's play calling is questioned by numerous people on a weekly basis. There's people sti...
