Brandon Marshall is the #1 WR Flacco is built to play with. Big frame guy who can go up and get it in traffic. That would be a dynamite addition, With that said I really don't see it happening, I think we're in for a very anticlimactic FA period. But let me just fantasize for a moment.... sign Marshall and trade up for Dalvin Cook. Could you imagine....

The disappointment will be palpable when we just re-sign a few of our own guys, probably lose one of either Wagner or Williams, and sit back and basically do nothing in FA because we don't have the cap room. Maybe 1 Ben Watson type of signing on a low cost vet. Seriously don't get your hopes up for much this year, I don't see us adding anyone significant from the UFA pool like we did last year.

I think Fournette will be long gone, Cook more than likely gone... but hey if he he's there when we're on the board I see no reason to pass on a RB of his caliber. Look at what Zeke Elliott did this year, granted behind a great OL but still his ability to make things happen with the ball in his hands really propelled that offense to another level. Cook could be our workhorse, he's really that good. We're an entirely different offense with a RB like him and I think it could be a recipe for success on that side of the ball with Greg Roman now in the fold. Cook, much like Elliott, is the total package. Mix of elusiveness and power, good receiver, can wear down defenses late in games. I wouldn't be surprised at all if he's a guy we lock in on.

I think our drafting is highly overrated (recently). I still think overall we do a fairly good job but the tremendous reputation Ozzie carries around draft season has seemingly overshadowed some seriously underwhelming draft classes as of late. I think a lack of willingness to trade up has impacted that greatly. We love trading back and accumulating picks but hold onto our mid round picks for dear life when it comes to trading and that's something that has really irked me in recent years. Find a playmaker and give up what it takes to get them, a lack of playmakers has seriously hurt this team, especially on the offensive side of the ball. Clearly you can't do this every year but at least 1 time in the past 3 years we should've jumped for somebody we were in love with. The mid rounds mostly produce "worker bees" they provide depth, rotational support, special teams, every so often you hit there...We have PLENTY of those guys in the fold already. We aren't in a rebuild, we don't need quantity, we need quality. With that said...this year I actually don't think we need to move to come away with a stud. I really like how the board has been falling to us so far in mock drafts. I think we're in great shape to come away with a top corner or guy like Dalvin Cook. But in previous years I definitely think we played it too conservative and didn't take the initiative to secure a playmaker that we desperately need.

If Harbs and Marty stay we're getting a repeat of this season in 2017, average team that can't get over the hump. How can Steve not realize the team has stagnated under Harbaugh and his staff decisions have been shoddy for a long time. We need a sharp football mind at the helm. We don't need a charismatic former special teams coach, we need an X's and O's guy who will hire a competent OC and actually get the most out of this roster. Thinking about another year of Harbs and the same old shortcomings every week is extremely disheartening. I'm surprised the fans aren't kicking up more of a fuss ovet this. It's obvious that there is a glass ceiling on this team right now that we aren't breaking through with this coaching staff.

Harbs time is up. I think clearly the teams has stagnated under him and there are no signs that anything will change. Harbaugh doesn't have the answers we need, this roster has too much talent to waste away under-achieving for another year. Harbs and Marty need to go. When something is broke you fix it. It is insane to keep the staff on board and expect different results next year. We're in for a repeat of 2016 with them, mark my words. See the writing on the wall and move on when the time is right, not when it's too late.

Perriman is a late bloomer. He was going into college and he will be again at the pro level. I've been very impressed with him in spurts. Consistency is what he struggles with and at WR that takes time and experience. I think we see him make a sizeable jump in production next year as the game starts to slow down for him.

Our head coach is a former special teams coach with a high profile last name. Not to say he hasn't done a decent job but he I see a higher ceiling and more major changes strategically with McDaniels or Patricia. Both have been essentially mentored by the most succesful coach in NFL history and both are much more hands-on football strategy oriented coaches. The only pro I see for keeping Harbs is continuity. But at what point do you have to demand more from that head coach position, especially in regards to strategy and philosophy.

Even discussing getting rid of Flacco is ridiculous to me. Played his tail off tonight and put us in position to win a huge game. He was bad to start the year but I think a lot of it was due to the ACL. I feel good about him going forward. We need a new HC (McDaniels, Patricia, Wade Phillips, Kyle Shannahan), consistency at OC (wouldn't mind keeping Marty), and some help at OLB/CB via the draft and FA.

McDaniels, Patricia, Wade Phillips

Josh McDaniels, Wade Phillips, Matt Patricia, Kyle Shannahan. This team needs a football coach who brings something to the table. I think Harbs has been decent but at the end of the day he's a special teams coach with some charisma and motivational quotes.

Harbs is the glue that holds the coordinators/players together. A football coach he is not, it's been thoroughly exposed the last couple years.

I think moving on from Harbs has to be done at this point, I think his "Play not to lose" mentality has poisoned the team and made us push overs, always on edge about trying not to lose instead of focused on winning. Which we saw from Tomlin and the Steelers today.

Let's just take a minute to appreciate Perriman making it through the season. He's flashed potential, I think he could have a break out year now that he has some experience and confidence. On the bright side losing like that will light a fire under this team. We have good young players and this loss will be on their minds all offseason. I think guys like Judon, Perriman, Young, Stanley, Waller, Alex Lewis will take a big step forward next year.

Had the same feeling. The Pats/Steelers have a 10 point lead and it's basically over. We have a 10 point lead and it's only a matter of time before we choke it away.

We need a pass rusher so bad. Suggs/Doom ain't getting it done consistently against the good Tackles at this stage in their careers. We desperately need someone who can win 1 on 1 off the edge. Rushing 4 is so pointless against any decent OL.

The TD was legit. Blame the pathetic defense and Dean Pees.

Steelers played to win, we played to not lose. Pathetic mentality that starts with the coaching staff on down. We never go for the kill, we walk on egg shells with the lead and pay for it over and over.

The garbage dolphins getting in over us is such a joke. No one to blame but ourselves, this is why you can't afford to lose to bad teams like the Jets. Steelers will get dismantled by the Patriots if they make it out of the wildcard, Brady is going to have a field day on that secondary.

Flacco played his butt off. Defense was pathetic down the stretch, absolutely pathetic.

Have some anxiety about this game but it's hard not to with so much on the line. Playing @ Pittsburgh makes me uneasy, tough place to win this time of year. Something tells me we won't have Bell bottled up like we did in the 1st meeting, I expect a much more dynamic performance from him both on the ground and through the air. Flacco & company have to show up and have to make a few splash plays. Ben will find ways to put points on the board, count on that. This game is really riding on which Flacco shows up. Boy am I happy to have Tucker for this game, having a reliable kicker at 50+ yds is such a weapon to have in a game like this.

Even though we scored that was terrible play calling. Just line up, I-Form run behind Yanda, smashmouth football, stop trying to get cute in those situations.

Flacco playing scared cost us this game. Pats offense has capitilized on quick 3 and outs and a tired defense, defense has been playing on no rest with no momentum all game.

Pats attack the middle of the field and we throw 65467644 check downs to the sideline. Unbelievably poor scheming on offense.

THROW THE BALL PAST THE STICKS. I would rather see us go down taking chances and throwing the ball vertically than this insufferable check down garbage offense. The Pats defense isn't THAT good, stop playing scared.
