No doubt, imagine if Pitta came back to play for us this year, especially after losing Suggs?! Wow. Just wow. In all honesty though, depending on our record and the timing of when he has to make that decision, it might be wiser to sit out the year and continue to strengthen that hip, especially if he is willing to risk returning to the NFL.

NBC Sports published an article about 30 min ago reiterating broken bones in his back, but their source is still Chick Hernandez. Will be interesting to see if and when Harbaugh comments on this, and quite frankly given his recent track record with Perriman's cluster whether any of us will take him at his word. Heck, good luck to the organization telling SSS he won't be talking to the media.

To some extent this is true. Today more than other games this year I was left scratching my head about Joe's decisions as he'd throw the ball to someone (usually Smith) in tighter coverage than finding his 2nd or 3rd read to Marlon or Kamar. However, it makes me think that it is a product of Joe's lack of confidence in their talent/inablity to execute.

Respectfully disagree. The friendships he has cultivated from the many, many success years have interfered with his ability to coach the way that led to his successes. It is clear that he is letting his personal relationships dictate his football acumen.

Meh. Re-post your pre-season record prediction for the year and then you might get some kudos. As for me, I incurred the negs just for posting my 9-7 prediction with no playoffs, including a 1-3 record after 4 games (believing we'd beat the Raiders at least). Lol.
