I don't know for sure, but I get the sense that Harbaugh is one of those "you play as you practice because you practice as you play" types who only feels absolutely confident about something or someone if he's seen it / them work in practice first. And if he hasn't then he's very reluctant to try it / them, even if it makes sense. If that's true, then this CBA really hurts us.
