I think some fans under estimated Torrey Smith's value. Yes, the market was too high for the Ravens, but don't forget what life was like without Torrey. Without Torrey, Boldin, Mason, wouldn't have one on one coverage to beat. Without Torrey, Rice, Forsett would see 8 man boxes all game. Without Pitta, Daniels don't have big holes in the middle of the field. Torrey was a solid deep threat. A Value role on any offense. Perriman has YET to prove he can even be that good. I hope/think he is cause if he is at least a Torrey smith option, look out. But he must prove that consistently. Otherwise he is Jacoby Jones. A fast guy who can't catch and will be asked to return kicks.
