  1. Carr's started every single game in his 9 year career - never sat out because of injury - and has been remarkably average/solid.

He's a starter and someone who can line up day 1. Takes the pressing need off of CB for round 1 of the draft - they might still go that way, anyways.

Claiborne was asking for too much, presumably, and they left him at the altar.

There is an 'attachment limit' the boards place. I still haven't found out how to clear it, though. If you click on the Profile button and select the 'My Attachments' section.

I don't know if anyone say Juice's tweet about Zuttah joining him in San Fran, but it alluded to the "#widezone."

I think that's a clear as day indication that we're moving far, far away from the stretch zone.

From what the front office has said it sounds like the Ravens want to be a downhill, big bruising, running team. Which means the team needs a bigger RT and C who can actually push forward. And it makes sense the Ravens have West and Dixon who are able to break tackles and push piles. The team needs more of those 4-5 yard runs on first down. Too many 3rd and longs last year.

I remember Harbaugh voicing some complaints that NFL rules would prohibit in-line cut blocking (or something like that) which would hinder their zone scheme. Couple that with Kubiak leaving and the OL hasn't been as effective.

    Patriots have these picks available:

    2nd (28)
    2nd (32)
    3rd (32)
    4th (24)
    5th (33)
    5th (39)
    7th (21)

Looking to either move up in the draft or acquire some players - CBs, DL, WR, TE, OL

In addition to this, I have a lot of cap space so willing to accept high-cap players

From the statement, it doesn't sound like Mayock wants to go there lol

He might once he sees the income bump from NFLN to NFL GM. But, still, going to the Redskins is a recipe for disaster unless you stay quiet and collect your check. Let Bruce Allen and Dan Synder walk over you like a doormat and then scapegoat you when things go bad.

Not a bad life if you are a spineless wuss.

They should've asked him to take a pay cut and kept him as a back up imho. Cut Pitta! Why are they dancing around the Pitta situation? Asking him for a pay cut instead of designating him a post June 1st cut and getting rid of him?

They may have and couldn't come to an agreement.

As for Pitta, he was the only healthy / non-suspended TE on the roster last season (and we had about half a million of them). His average per catch was not good at all but can you cut a player like that outright?

Its just that I think these facts are overlooked sometimes. Theres life and family involved in decisions

I agree - when you're almost literally tied to the facility from camp to January (or longer), that's many months away from family.

Maybe Wagner just wanted to go back home. Notice how quick he signed.

He also mentioned that in his presser.

His hometown outside of Milwaukee is about a 6 hour drive, or a 1 hour flight from Detroit. Not as close as Chicago would have been, but I guess he can afford it now.

Although, to be fair, in watching Wagner's rookie season, while there were positives, to think he could have anything near the type of season he did in 2014 after watching 2013 is asinine. I think the Ravens coaching staff played a MASSIVE role in his development and ability to even get to the point that he's making $48M in FA.

He did credit Juan Castillo *gasp* for his development during his press conference in Detriot
