Ravens rid themselves of good receivers just about every year. Especially since flacco came around. Maybe the Ravens front office believe in kickers more than receivers. I still don't understand why the Ravens did not get diggs from Maryland in last years draft. It might be the position coaches not sharing their notes. at this point in the season and the record being what it is, harbaugh should set the team down and call them out. everyone. not by individuals rather by an unit. tell them they are playing for jobs and those that don't want to win should request releases. basically cut bait.

as frustrated and upset i get about players failures to live and play up to their potential; the truth is, i am really disappointed. disappointed that problems were not fixed over the off season. the ravens knew the problems and decided to put band-aids to fix them. the d secondary has be trouble, recieving has been trouble and leadership in the locker room is gone. the disappointment is that the hype was super bowl or bust. well i guest it is bust. i like to be the optimist and say the ravens will get lucking in arizona next week and repair the problems and go on a ten game run and be right back in it. but i watch these guys and their is no team play. example would be reed snatching a pick then lateraling it to another player so they can get more yards or a possible touchdown. or, the swarming to make the tackle or using the fifty as the as the guide to prevent teams to pass. these guys in purple just don't seem inspire each other.

not surprising harbaugh being on someone's short list. just because someone makes a list doesn't mean one will asked to be on it. but, if anyone remembers the press conferences after last season where bisciotti stated that he is not happy with not winning the division. well, he will not be happy after this year. could the results of this year change the positive relation of owner and coach? it's very possible. i don't believe bisciotti will outright fire john,but, he may open the door to allow john make his own choice with a little push. DO NOT think i see harbaugh leaving the ravens anytime soon. i am merely presenting a scenario that is possible. kind of prepare for the worst and expect the best type thing.

i knew smith was leaving before last season was over...doesn't mean i liked the thought of it. maybe the ravens could get him back. (wishful thinking)

blitzing? i like the attitude but blitzes do not mean anything when your corners are playing soft. or the corners don't hit on the hit to ruin the timing. and continue to blitz when the ravens have the lead because the secondary can not stop pooh bear from the honey jar.

well that band-aid was ripped off. wonder how many more the ravens will have this year? harbaugh needs to get off this loyalty kick and get some coaches that are not so freaking predictable. another thing someone in that locker room needs to light the fire in the players. .......maybe they should take some of the 5 hr stuff since the can't play more than 49 minutes

before preseason i thought the best the ravens would do is 12-4. now they will be lucky to be 4-12

funny thing....if the game was 3 1/2 qtrs long the ravens would be undefeated. what changes in the final 7-8 minutes is what rips your heart out.

the fat lady is signing. the lights are dimming down. major changes are required and baltimore has no money to do it. a shake up in the front office and coaching staff is needed.

i have talk upped marlon during the preseason. i believe his worst enemy is himself. the guy has shown glimpses that could put him in the highlights.

while no one was expecting the ravens to go undefeated at this point of the season; they weren't expecting a team to self destruct in the fourth quarter, either. something needs sparks a sense of desire for the ring. if not, the ravens will miss the playoffs. the rest of the season is no joke. especially, with the bad habit of the ravens have of playing down to their competition.

receivers coach better get on the remaining receivers and teach them how to get seperation
