No I do not count him as a true number 1, he was not even a number one in AZ. He got blanked out by pit in the playoffs and the mere fact that we are in the market for a new WR shows that he does the have the ability to be a number one threat because if that was the case then they would be more than willing to just let Smith be the number 2 guy instead of looking for Floyd and other guys
