The Pats? Not so sure about that. Of the teams left I'd actually say the Pats have the best defense.

They were drafted in the same round of the same draft. It was bound to happen.

I mean, if Ryan does in fact win the Super Bowl, there's really no argument to be made for Flacco. But that's not enough for me to root for them to lose against the Pats or Steelers lol.

Honestly I wouldn't be that bothered if a Falcons SB win sparks another Flacco-Ryan debate. For his flaws Joe's a good QB and Matt Ryan's phenomenal season deserves recognition but doesn't take anything away from Joe.

There was a time when I would have steadfastly rooted against Ryan because of that debate. But does anyone even make those comparisons anymore?

And honestly, I hope Flacco is inspired by Ryan's phenomenal season. They were ready to run him out of Atlanta last year and he worked extra hard in the offseason to get better.

If only we beat the damn Jets and Redskins. If only our LBs could freaking tackle Brown.
