I'm  not saying he's doing an outstanding job. I just think for a guy coming in calling plays in a system that he has never ran and is opposite from his norm he isn't doing so bad. I'd much rather have Trestman than Cam Cameron. I think giving up on him so quick might not be the right choice.

I have to agree about having him over Cam.

It is also Kubiaks system. I don't think Trestman is doing bad his first year with an offense he has never ran. I think we should at least give him another year.

I don`t think they`re that desperate.

In order to play better, I think you might need better players, as well as a better D coordinator.

Yesterday Ryan Mink wrote a article saying it`s Flacco and the O that is losing the games, today Garrett counters with, it`s the D that is the reason. I think they both should put on some boxing gloves and settle it that way. I`ll be rooting for Garrett, cause he is right.

Dean Please take some responsibility. Dean Please STOP just blaming the players. Dean Please blitz more, and if you can`t do any of these things. Dean Please QUIT!

Bottom line is Flacco needs to step up and play like an "elite" quarterback and put this offense on his back. Too many errant throws, too many poor decisions. Is it all his fault, of course not but being one of the "senior" players on this team it's on him.

Yup, he needs to get the defense to not suck too.
