    Is it just coincidence or bad luck that we've had major injury issues these last two years? Has anyone looked at training protocol on the team? I get that some injuries (e.g. ankle rolled up on, concussions) are hard to avoid in the game, but the achilles and hamstrings and other nagging injuries seem like we're not in NFL shape season in and out. What gives? I'm not willing to throw Ozzie under the bus- though I get the earlier post about waiting until the 4th round to grab a CB.

  6. I agree with your stance on the Saunders article. Pretty sad how we cuddle up to Cam. We're probably stuck with him, and hopefully with Gaither or another strong O lineman, we can improve, regardless of poor play calling. Saunders' take was a crock. If Cam considered the defense, he would (should?) have taken more risks to move the chains in second half games where we bled. Time will tell.

  7. Rode my Dad's shoulders to Colt games at Memorial Stadium back in the 60s. Csonka, OJ, Namath, and Biletnikoff days. Lost interest after Irsay. Lived out in the SF area during the Ravens Super Bowl year, and watched the AFC Championship game ten rows behind the Raiders bench. Shannon's TD silenced all those black and silver mobsters.
