  1. Sure. Ya Elmidan by Cairokee, Habbeytak Bessayf by Fairuz, Sout El Horya by Cairokee, Ana Moush Kafer by Ziad Rahbani, Kazeboon by Ahmed Rock and Irhal by Ramy Essam.  The last two songs aren't on iTunes. I can see why Kazeboon isn't because Ahmed Rock doesn't have anything on there, but Irhal not being on there makes no sense because Essam's actually kinda famous and they have plenty of his other revolution songs on iTunes, but Irhal is probably his most famous due to him performing it in Tahrir Square during the 2011 Egyptian Revolution.

  2. Watched Real Genius with Val Kilmer and then Outpost with Ray Stevenson. I like Ray Stevenson, but that was a horrible movie. It was putting me to sleep.Real Genius was great cause of the cast and music. And it's just a feel-good movie. I decided I'm gonna have to buy The Sandlot and The Little Giants. Both have a "Very Long Wait" status on Netflix. Next on my list of movies to watch this summer: Dazed and Confused.  That and Fast Times at Ridgemont High are my Summer movies.

  3. Excellent music too, but I'm usually not big on those type of drug movies.  Although I must say A Scanner Darkly's comic book-esque overlay was really cool.

Why? Forget D.A.R.E. If you showed kids Requiem for a Dream, they'd never wanna do drugs.

Bought Bourne Legacy to treat myself for finished the Advanced Level Arabic Summer Language Program with an 85%. Also got Outpost with Ray Stevenson from Netflix.

  4. Is it about the Middle East?

Nah it's actually set in the U.S., but one of the scenes looks like it's shot in Chefchaouen, the blue city in Morocco.  I have a friend from UMD who's going there to study Arabic in the Fall. Not big on that dialect. A lot different than Egyptian and Levantine. Next up is Sharktopus. Looking for a real winner lol.

  5. After finally watching Ferris Bueller's Day Off, I don't understand what all the buzz is about.  Hardly a classic, it's an average movie at best.

I beg your pardon? Next thing we know he's gonna tell us Sharknado shouldn't win any Oscars lol. Seriously though, I'm a huge 80's movie fan and love Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I think I'm gonna buy Birdemic to celebrate if I pass Arabic with a B again. At an 88.8% with my final presentation and Final Exam being the only two things left.

  6. Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter. Watched it last night until this morning. Also saw it in theaters with my friend. Daniel Day Lewis may have been a better Lincoln, but at least this didn't put me to sleep. Can never get into movies that when a lot of awards.

  7. Day After Day by Badfinger. Heard it on 100.7 The Bay one day and loved the beat. Love me some classic rock. And I can't stand the morning radio commentary of 98 Rock and DC 101. The radio hosts are so obnoxious. I'm not the biggest fan of Cloog or however you spell his name on 100.7 The Bay, but at least they play mostly music.

  8. Either gonna watch Dredd or Safe. As for Independence Day being the July 4th movie...wrong! in my Arnold voice. Good movie, but not for July 4th. Had some awesome fireworks here. But it's been a while since I've seen Dredd or Safe. I knew Safe would be pretty good, but Dredd was a hidden gem.
