  1. I just got Friday the 13th pt 4 from Netflix. Unfortunately, it's an old movie so I couldn't finish the last part of it. I honestly could care less about that though. I always remember seeing the end when USA had the Friday the 13th marathons. I honestly don't remember Crispin Glover's part in it, which I absolutely loved this time around. I'd say he got even with his tormentor.

  2. I just saw the trailer for the Raven. Lol Im naturally inclined to watch it because of the title, but it looks like a great movie. For those of you not in the know, its about a psychopathic serial killer who is a huge fan of Edgar Allan Poe, and so he starts to kill people in the manner like Poe's stories.

Saw this as well. I have somewhat mixed emotions about it due to the fact that John Cusack sounds like the Christian Bale Batman when yelling "Where is she?!!!" If I do see it, I'll probably go in the middle of the day on a thursday in its 3rd week out when nobody will be there.

  3. I was just watching the newest version of The Longest Yard with Adam Sandler. It's one of his few newest moviesthat is actually funny, but I mainly watch it for David Patrick Kelly. "He's fast! He's really really fast! He's so fast he makes fast people look...not fast!" and "Only the finest for yooouuu super star. I was just playin!" He's one of the most unknown and underrated actors. He made me laugh even when he was thrown off the cliff in Commando. Anyone know if The Sitter is any good?

  4. LOL I just saw the Crispin Glover faked meltdown on Letterman. Classic. His hair is so long. I'm watching Rubin and Ed right now. Crispin Glover is just so talented. I don't know why he didn't get an oscar for his role in this and all other movies he's in for that matter.

  5. Yeah the one time I saw Friday the 13th part 4 was when I was a kid and USA still had the Friday the 13th movie marathon whenever it was Friday the 13th. So I honestly didn't remember that or even recognize who he was. Same guy who played in back to the Future and even Willard.

  6. Act of Valor's great if you're a man or just love action movies like I do. My friend was a Marine in Iraq and he said all the SEALs in the movie were like the ones he met in Iraq. If you're expecting it to have great acting, then you're high and/or in love with Ryan Gossling. They're SEALs. Not actors or girly men. Anyways, I just watched Adventures of Tin Tin. Pretty good. The next one up for Netflix is Friday the 13th Part 4. Mainly because of the Crispin Glover dance:

  7. I saw Death Proof and I really wasn't impressed. I think Kurt Russell is above that. I recently watched Heavyweights. Classic Ben Stiller film. The face he does when doing the pushup after returning from his run is class. "I'm dogging it, Pat! I'm dogging it! Come here you devil log!!!" lol. My friend used to do that face when he did pushups during warmups for track practice in high school. Good times.

  8. Watching Tropic Thunder now.....hilarious!

"Playa! Playa!...swingin passed your kneeeees!"LOL I love that movie. I have part of one of Les Grossman's tirades as an email notification on my phone. I just watched Defiance with Daniel Craig. It was pretty good. I'll have to check out "The Adventures of Tin Tin"

  9. I think Ferrell's been pretty good. I thought he was going Jim Carrey on me when he did Stranger Than Fiction, but he came back strong with Step Broothers. I liked Other Guys. Not his best, but still funny. And his new movie does look pretty dumb. Anyways I watched the remake of The Thing. Not too bad. The weird tentacle stuff isn't my thing, but it wasn't bad. Weird ending though. You have to watch through some credits. I'd give it a 2.5 or 3 out of 5.

  10. I'm on Spring Break so I'm definitely gonna be watching a lot of movies. Next up is the remake of The Thing. I loved the original. I'm curious to see how this is. That Eric Christensen guy (from NCIS: LA and Not Another Teen Movie) is hit or miss. It's hard to take him seriously, but I said the same thing about Chris Evans and I thought he did good as Captain America. Good to just relax.

  11. LOL too late for me codizzle lol. I just got Hobo With a Shotgun from Netflix. I kept pushing it back for other movies. I'm not expecting much except gore. I'm really only watching it because everybody's mentioned it. I wasn't big on the movie Rampage either.

  12. I am, Ferrari. I think it's gonna be a lot better than Clash. I get Kelly's Heroe's tomorrow. I love that movie, but I think I'm gonna have to give it a 4/5 because Ryan Gosling's not in it. I don't care if he wasn't even born yet. He's so great he can just go back in time and star in movies.

  13. LOL Cursona. I love me a cheesy D movie from SyFy. And I agree Nurp. I too love the Spartacus series and thought that was a pretty good movie. I saw it by myself in theaters. It was weeks after the movie came out so it was just me and two other guys (approximately) in Hoyts. But I have to wait for the new Spartacus series to come to blu-ray because I don't have starz.

  14. Nah if I see Lorax, I'll probably wait for it to come out on DVD. Believe it or not, I actually do like those kinds of movies. I usually go with my gf, but I'm not the biggest Devito fan and all of the Dr. Seuss movies have been pretty horrible.

  15. Yeah I wanted to see Chronicle, but my gf dragged me to something else for vday. I'll probably just wait for it to come on DVD. I just watched The Evil That Men Do last night. That was actually pretty graphic. Only thing I was hoping for was Charles Bronson to give us a cheesy one-liner when he threw the knife into the one guy. I was hoping for something similar to "Stick around!"

  16. They just need to make a zombie flick in general. Haven't seen one in a few years

They are. World War Z. Based on the book which is extremely BA. Brad Pitt plays the journalist interviewing survivors. As long as they're slow, I'm good. But I honestly couldn't stand Diary of the Dead. I just watched "The Dead" tonight. For a B movie, it was actually really well done. Honestly, I'd like more movies like The Kingdom and Body of Lies that help me utilize my limited (as of right now) knowledge of Arabic. I hope they have some in Act of Valor. Going with my friend who's an ex-Marine to go see it.
