I will definitely still be around commenting on the news. I know the message boards are closing, but I never thought to ask - will a member be able to send a message to another member or is that also going away? If that is going away too, I am going to be really sad!!!!!!!!

Also I enjoy travelling to foreign countries by myself (as long as English isn't too widely spoken). This time last year I was headed to Egypt.

 

 

I picked cobrajet because I am a car guy and I thought "cobrajet" sounded kinda cool. I had also built a replica of a Shelby AC Cobra from the frame up.

What can I say today that hasn't been said by many already? I guess I will just say that for years I knew what everyone else here knew and that was that - baltimoreravens.com was the best website on this entire planet! I feel blessed to have found it because I have gotten so much enjoyment out of it for so many years. I know that this site will still be around and I will still continue to check out the news stories, but it will not be the same. I will check out some of the other sites to see if they become what we had here. I want to keep this short so I will just say that I am going to miss the hell out of what this site was before tomorrow and I will miss the heck out of everyone. We sure had some fun, didn't we? God bless you all, my friends for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Agreed, they are seriously crying like it was Dale Hunter's cheap shot on Pierre Turgeon. I also agree that Ovie's hit on Crosby's neck was more erregious.

Reports are that some fans saw him walking briskly and he winked at them and smiled and said he is ok, so I think he may be fine.

The hit on Crosby seemed a little dirty to me. I want the Caps to win, but not that way.

Two home losses and now we go to Pittsburgh. This really sucks. Tonight is definitely a must win game to give us any hope because the Caps are not winning four in a row. Anybody but the Pens.....ERRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

I could stomach a crappy three games a lot better if it was anyone but these blasted Yankees!

I am not going to lie. I am seriously worried about our offense this season. Maybe if we signed a few free agent like Mangold, Boldin, or Dunlap, maybe they could finish their career in grand fashion here. Maybe Ozzie can still work out a trade with a team, but not sure if we will have the cap space. I am not going to go into panic mode just yet, but I pray we can find some help on offense besides Woodhead and a fourth round guard draftee.

I can understand their train of thought. With what we did in free agency and the draft, I think our defense is going to be something special this year. They historically pride themselves on defense in Pittsburgh, like we do in Baltimore, so I think many of the Steelers fans see what we have done on defense and know that our defense is going to be pretty damn special this season.
