  1. Yes! And if that does not leave a bad taste in your mouth, as a Ravens fan, nothing will.
  2. My only complaint was this took so long to come out. This investigation could have been made top priority by the NFL and this could have been wrapped up before the Super Bowl. This was not a difficult investigation to conduct. The NFL chose to drag it's feet and did not really start the investigation until the Lombardi was New England. It is quite clear that the Patriots should not have been playing in the Super Bowl....they are cheaters and they should have been disqualified. I would take the championship away from them, as it does not matter to me that they played the Super Bowl with properly deflated balls, they do not deserve to be called champions. That whole Patriots organization is beyond TAINTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. Enjoy your retirement Ed! You were electrifying on the field and I enjoyed watching you!!!
  4. I would love for a decent veteran cut to agree to come here. Who am I kidding, it would give me a lot of comfort actually. Keep an eye out Ozzie!!!!!!! I thought our secondary was going to be very good last season when we signed Aaron Ross, then he tore his ACL one month later.
  5. Bob Kravitz............Thank You!!!!!!!!!!!!.............he just said on ESPN that the biggest question mark leading up to the Super Bowl was the playoff game with the Ravens. He said that the deflated balls were probably most key in that game because it was so close in score and that they may not have been able to advance past us if it was not for those deflated footballs. This is the first time I heard anyone on National TV speak to this issue........not that it can be replayed now.
  6. Take away all their championships!........like Goodell would ever do that to his chum Kraft
  7. IMHO, those text messages prove to me beyond a reasonable doubt that the Patriots cheated. That is twice now!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. If our guys come back to good form and are ready to go when the season starts, they can do the job - that is for sure. They certainly have the talent. Jimmy was playing GREAT before the injury and Webb started slow because of the back injury but was playing very well before he got hurt again. The problem is I have not seen either one of them consistently play a full 16 game schedule without being out for an extended period of time with injury. I have to wonder if our incredible unluck with cornerback injuries last year was just a coincidence or if something was going on we should try to analyze. Ozzie may not be worried, but I have to be honest - I am.
  9. Tarell Brown could provide depth, if he came at a decent price, I would welcome him.
  10. The guy has been in some trouble and his work ethic is shaky. He could provide depth but not sure he could step up to be much more.
  11. Here is the problem Sami. Sometimes when guys get hurt they do not come back as good as before their injury. Webb has had numerous injuries and so has Jimmy. These are our two best players and they can't seem to stay healthy. Our secondary was decimated last year and I am gun-shy that it could happen again. I would have felt better if Marcus Peters was there in the first and we grabbed him, but I did not get my wish. I know most are happy we grabbed Perriman, but I really like the young guys we have on the team in Aiken, Brown, Butler, and Campanero. They all have great hands and looked like they were coming into their own last season. Therefore, I would have taken Byron Jones at #26. He has great potential and was projected to go in the first round. I just agree with Eisenberg, that we are taking a gamble and I am a little worried.
  12. I thought the Browns screwed up big time with the order of the first round picks. I thought their first pick would have still been there in the first and they lost out on a few blue chip players. I think now that the draft is over we are neck and neck with the Bengals. They had a good draft, especially adding some good depth to their o-line. The Steelers lucked out that Bud Dupree fell to them, but later on I thought they reached a little on some of their picks. My only concern is that we still really did not address our cornerback depth except for one late fourth round small school prospect. We should be ok if we stay healthy this year, but if not - it could come back to bite us a second year in a row.
  13. I kind of wish we would have traded up to get Marcus Peters because I felt that our secondary was our biggest need. Maybe we can stay healthy this year but I am concerned that we did not draft a CB last year and this year we waited late in the fourth round on the only CB we took. Overall though, I am pretty happy with the draft picks. I love the Za'Darius Smith pick. He may turn out to be one heck of a pass rusher and I can't believe he was still there in the fourth round.
  14. Love the pick. Can we please work on CB and Pass Rush now....PLEASE!
  15. At least the Capitals win is taking the sting off this game for me.
  16. Yes and everyone on the Wizards was playing physical. I am seriously impressed and I hope they keep it up.
  17. Come on Caps can't lose another OT game.....let's get this!!!
  18. Wizards are rolling tonight!
  19. I see that Nelson Cruz is knocking the cover off the ball for the Mariners. He had two more HR's yesterday bringing his total to 8 and he knocked the game winning run in with a nice hit down the third base line. Wish we still had his offense.
  20. I like this post
  21. Whew! I'll take it.
  22. Zach Britton.....do your thing!!!
  23. OMG I could not agree more. The grand slam two nights ago and now this.
  24. Yanda can also play Tackle if we need him to and when he has to, he can hold his own at Tackle. Yanda is a keeper.
