I see 4th quarter defensive fails, and when we go prevent zone in 4th quarter and lose over and over again, its coaching.....bend and break

Scheme, making better use of the players we have. They need to be taught how to be smart football players, what to do in each situation, clock management for example, or double covering the biggest playmaker the opponent has. And we need some playmakers on our side from rounds 1-3, not busts like Elam

I wonder what Belichek would have done? Was it coaching then to sum that book up?

This. Ever watch coach Belicheck? He has a pencil and paper taking notes after almost every play, cause he is figuring out how he is gonna kick your butt. Sadly, Not what we get on our sideline.

Sounds like coaching

Well guys, it has reared its ugly head again. You know the scene, a wide open receiver with 5 defenders all 10 yards away, but yet all in the tv camera view. We have heard the term "Bend but dont Break" as the name of this defense, but another name for it should be the 4th Quarter meltdown defense. Yes I know, several teams can play a zone defense well, but apparantly ours can not. Is it the scheme, or the players? Thoughts?

Why do we stick with the Crappy Prevent Zone, when it keeps failing us over and over and over....isnt that the definition of insanity?

What if this is Sizzles last year? Who will take over the as the next General? We seem to be letting our homegrown talent go the last several years, not signing our own guys to a 2nd contract. Who will keep "The Ravens Way" going after Suggs is gone? Some pretty big shoes to fill. Will a void be created? Are we a free agent team now? The drafts have been lean the last several years, what impact will that have in the future?

Time to upgrade all over
