Look, after letting Boldin and Pollard walk last year, I personally do not want to see that with Suggs. We tried to bolster the line with Canty and Spears, but I prefer to keep home grown Ravens who can teach the Raven way and still ball out. You can say he's long in the tooth, but I think he would give us a fair deal to stay. He doesnt appear to be the greedy type, but if he walks, we will all feel the pain of this loss.

Is it just me, or if you had an inkling that Caldwell may not be here, isnt it Bass Ackwards to hire Castillo before the Offensive Coordinator is set? To me this is pretty telling of the kind of Coach Harbaugh is. First, why would you promote a guy with a failed plan from the year before, then try and hire an OC and force this guy on them? Sounds like Something Peter Angelos would do. I would rather you get the scheme in place from the new OC, have your $120 million dollar QB put his input into it, then once the OC is set, have him appoint his staff and then identify the players needed to make it work. Obviously you will neef to evaluate the current staff first. To me, it looks like we have had zero plan since winning the SB, and now we are just throwing random coaches and free agent players in here in the off chance that it might work. In fact, ee even got rid of good players and plans that worked previously.

Nobody currently on this team. I would be ok with Norv, but I would try and get Pats receivers coach or somebody in their offensive game planning room that knows X & O's and is capable of in game adjustments.
