Yeah. I am pretty sure he coulda' played a bit tougher, but in the moment who really knows? Shoulda' , woulda', coulda', is way easier than DO. For me the worst play in Ravens history is Troys strip/ sack TD in the playoffs. I still get sick to my stomach on that one.

I visited San Diego for a RAVENS game once. Yeah their fans were super cool.

Joe was hurt. We would not have made it past the first round. It ended well for me.

Worst draft pick, I can think of worse, but possibly. Yeah, his name will always be in these conversations. Unfortunately. And I will continue to defend him. I will continue to bring up RAVENS v. undefeated Pats. He was a man on a mission that night. By half time everyone in Baltimore believed, that maybe, just maybe, this kid just might pull off the upset. We were close. We were really really close.

Ya know... After watching that last game. Joe was walking with a limp. He was almost always under pressure. I had never been so glad for a season to end. Not only that I was actually glad we didnt make the playoffs. I just wanted to wash off the stench of a horrible horrible ( albeit not bad by virtually any other standard ) season.

Okay I gotta say this about Anthony Wright. My first ever live NFL game was Ravens vs. Seahawks. We were getting whooped. It was ugly. 70% of the stadium had gone home. Anthony Wright helped engineer what was at the time the greatest comeback in Ravens history. It was simply amazing. For that ( and pretty much that alone ) Anthony Wright will always have a special place for me.

I find it difficult to respect anyone who says Boller is the " worst RAVEN ever" Disappointing. Sure. Frustrating. You bet. I will even givey you he is just a bad QB. WORST ? EVER ? No freaking way. ( see Ravens vs. Undefeated Pats game and tell me he is the "worst ever " )

Three people quoting this says something. I too hated Frank Walker, but always held out hope he would eventually start linking a few good plays. I mean the guy didnt stink up EVERY SINGLE play. He was like our own Rudy. All heart and little talent.

Ummm Yeah, I think its MORE, than fair to expect a player to execute a play correctly and as designed every play. Reality says otherwise of course, but we are talking about expectations.
