We'll see about that. Not that I hate Spriggs. And he is a smart fit for New England offense I'll say that. As for a pick in Baltimore I'd be concerned.

Spriggs needs to get stronger, but he has all the tools to be a quality LT. He's very athletic and agile.

Ifedi is a technical mess. Sloppy footwork leaves him off-balance regularly, he bends poorly.  He has the size, but he's just not as gifted in movement skills and he honestly looks un-coordinated.

Sorry I fell asleep at the wheel waiting for a pick that already came. Lol.

The more I've watched them I prefer Ifedi over Spriggs. Anyone else concerned Spriggs just isn't strong enough to hold up?  He seems to get overpowered too much. Not a concern with Ifedi. He's got quickness and toughness. He should fit right in with this improved Jets run game.

Not even close. Spriggs is >>>>>>>>>

Maybe, he seems a little quicker.  I'm just always concerned when guys aren't natural catchers, don't want to wind up with a Ted Ginn.

He's faster and much better at tracking the ball as well. The hands are a concern, but he can get deep like no one else in this class. Coleman is probably the only WR close to him in that area.

Surprise retirements, not much. But typically there's talk about lost draft picks and you hear stuff in advance. That's the difference. Rumors abound the Patriots could lose their draft pick the year before.

There is no difference in how it impacts the game/team though. I would argue losing a player unexpectedly to retirement in many ways is far more impactful yet we have always respected them because of realism.

I figured we'd likely never see eye-to-eye on Jeffery ever since I caught wind that you went as far as stating that he wasn't a better receiver than Torrey Smith, so we'll likely have to agree to disagree. I personally see Jeffery as a bonafide No.1 who has easily proven his worth over the last few seasons, especially with the dominant stretches he put forth last season.

Jeffrey is a #1 imo, probably top 10

If i were doing this based on talent alone, I agree on Elliot so much.

You and me could argue Butler all day and night, but I'm fairly confident that he hears his name called on day 1. Maybe a better performance at his pro day will bring you around?

Penny for your thoughts on Lee.

I like Lee, but he reminds me too much of Shazier to jump on his bandwagon. He clearly has the athleticism and playmaking ability. I'm not sold on him as a good coverage LB though.
