  1. Yes, that is the plan.
  2. Wow. Kiwi is a steal at this point.
  3. Wow great work guys! This pace is awesome.
  4. They are quite different. And yes, it is fantasy football to a degree, but the point is not to score points. Instead it's about building a franchise.
  5. I like Brian Quick a lot. He was one of my favorite WR prospects last season. I think his transition to the NFL was difficult for him, but hopefully he can turn it around. I'm a bit worried he will get buried in the depth chart though.
  6. Why do you feel the need to pester about this?
  7. Speaking of fantasy football I am going to start up a league too... http://boards.baltimoreravens.com/topic/53389-yahoo-fantasy-football-league/
  8. It seems like I started a run on centers. Hudson was a guy I strongly considered, but I felt like he was a bit riskier having only started 3 games and coming off injury, and I already have several players coming back from injuries. He's definitely a solid pick with nice upside. Raiola is also a good selection. He is obviously a seasoned vet, but I think he has a couple strong years left.
  9. My offense is now complete, for the most part. I decided to take Trevor Robinson over a couple other centers because he really played well last year for the Bengals and helped key their offensive surge in the second half of the season. He has great size and athleticism which will make him an asset in run blocking, and he has the intelligence to make adjustments and call out protections. My previous pick of Pierre Thomas was the perfect fit for my offense. I wanted to build my team around Flacco and I have surrounded him with weapons at WR, TE, and now RB. Thomas is excellent pass-catching back in addition to his prowess in pass protection. He has been part of a rotation thus far in his career, but I have no doubt he can handle 250+ touches, and with the right complement can headline a very formidable backfield.
  10. haha the forum tried to mess with my draft thread again, but this time I saved it! Thwarted!
  11. Well to your point about catching the ball he was basically their only healthy RB in 2010 and he still only caught one pass. I think that's a big reason why he never really cracked the RB rotation in NO. The backs there are expected to be versatile in pass blocking and catching and Ivory really isn't that player. He has 3 career catches to 256 rushing attempts.
  12. He has 2 issues that hold him back. Health and he'sreally only a 2 down back. He's not a threat to catch the ball out of the backfield. He's a great power back though and if he can stay healthy he could potentially develop as more if a pass catching threat as well.
  13. I'm not sure I would call him an up and comer. He is 28 and been in the league 5 years. Still a very good rotational player who could probably be a solid starting LDE.
  14. I've always seen Hayes as more of a run stuffer, but he definitely has some pass rushing ability as well.
  15. Curse words. I was hoping Boykin would last longer.
  16. As long as no one objects 26 rounds makes it fair for everyone.
  17. I thought about taking him too, but went with Barry Cofield as he offers much more as a pass-rusher even though his run defense is not as good. I still love Bunkley though.
  18. He was a pretty big off season signing for the saints a year ago.
  19. Love the Bunkley pick. I'm not sure how he lasted this long since he us among the best run stuffers in the game.
  20. I think the holiday is a big reason why it slowed down, but also there is probably some waning interest with pretty much all of the mainstream players off the board. This is part of the reason why I would prefer just doing 25 rounds.
  21. Calm down. No one is being skipped. I think maybe 4 people saw who you picked anyway.
  22. I can't edit other people's posts so thanks.
