  2. Deflategate: 1) We have a 20,000 word rebuttal from the Patriots. 2)According to the Patriots, "deflate" refers to losing weight (their words not mine) and 3) Goodell will hear the case. I work in a high school and I've seen all of this before. The names are different but it's the same gig. Brady is the typical high school kid who screwed up, the Patriots are mom and Roger Goodell is the Vice Principal. I don't know how it works in other high schools but in mine, Brady is toast. (and no I'm not the Vice Principal)
  3. @ Maryland. I agree with you. Danny Shelton is a stud and Cleveland addressed some real foundational needs. If this draft plays out for them they could be really in two years. Personally I think their biggest challenge will be to keep a coaching staff together. If you look at the rest of the AFC North, one of the reasons why it's a good division is because the core leadership in the coaching staffs has remained constant. If the Browns can keep drafting people like this and keep a core coaching staff together, it could make life real interesting in the AFC North.
  4. Concerning Perriman being a potential bust, until someone shows me an expert with a crystal ball, I don't buy into much of what those boys sell. These are many of the same people who, three years ago, gave the Seattle Seahawks draft class an F. That was the draft that gave them at least three players that played significant roles in Seattle's play off success. I wish I could fail like that. Experts are over-rated.
