  1. FYI: The article states that "No NFL team has ever made the playoffs after starting 1-6". This is not correct. The 1970 Cincinnati Bengals started 1-6, but then went on to win the rest of their regular season games to finish 8-6 (it was a 14 game season back then), and they won the AFC Central. So, they did advance to the playoffs where they lost in the Divisional Round to the Baltimore Colts (who would go on to win Super Bowl V). It's not totally unprecedented. The Ravens still have a chance!!
