We need an overhaul! Starting with Harbaugh and offensive coordinator, QB coach, etc. Harbaugh is getting too comfortable and running out of creativeness. Although the team showed a bit of creativeness with new looks for defense towards late in the season, Raven's offensive plays have been very predictable. Harbaugh doesn't manage time well, nor does he show any fire in his belly any more. Also, stop focusing on non-football activities during the season!! It's like watching soap operas with all the extra curricular activities by the team members or John. Do it off season. You didn't get hire to be a dancer, singer, or public figures - you were hired to play football and win!! Team's lack of focus on the game from the top to bottom is problematic!!! Their lack of focus and consistency was displayed during all the games!! Let's overhaul the program and hire some coaches and player who focus on the game during the season!!!

Rookies are getting hurt because of Trestman. His game plans and play calls are so predictable, and he is relying on these young players to play like a pro bowler! We have great rookies and they are playing well, but they are going be on IR list due to all stupid game plan/calls.

Sooner we get rid of him the better. He is an old man who just wants to get paid for something... he knows he doesn't have much and his stuff doesn't work.

It's not Trestman is having a bad season. He is BAD and needs to go!! His game plan/play calls are so predictable now. We have good young players, but because of his poor game plan and plays the young players are getting hurt!! No creativity, no imagination, not aggressive!! Let him go before more players get hurt! Harbaugh is also too soft!
