  1. I've tried those. However, I've always found decline pushups (feet on bench) and regular push ups more effective. To each his own!

There are a lot of push up variations I've tried. Triangles, "staggered", claps, shoulder touches, dumb-bell etc

I liked decline pushups, but they hurt my pelvis. Maybe my posture was wrong?

  2. Anyone tried incline pushups? It's when you do pushups with your hands resting on top of something, such as a table or bench. I've found it to be more effective than regular pushups. I would also suggest doing pushups standing up, against a doorway. Altering the angle your body is to the ground allows you to work out your entire arms, elbows and shoulders.

  3. I liked Drive, very slick, great atmosphere. Some of it was just slow.

Favorite movie is Leon: The Professional

Fun fact: During the filming of final scenes which involved dozens of police cars, a robber from a nearby store encountered the movie set by accident and surrendered himself to a bunch of uniformed extras. Courtesy of IMDB

  4. As a Sharks fan the one team I don't mind in the Western Confrence is the Preds. They have a cool logo. I cheer for them when the sharks are out like they always are. We have shark zambonis.

Yeah, you've gotta love hockey in Music City. Any particular reason an Up-Stater like you is a Sharks fan?

  5. You know me too well. I know these have nothing to do with Zombie, but I love the Wrong Turn series and the first The Hills Have Eyes. Have you ever seen any of those?

I liked The Hills. It was creepy and suspenseful. It also makes one think of the harm nuclear fallout still does in places like the Bikini Atoll.

  6. Marky Mark was great in the Departed. The town withBen affleck is good too.Like anything with leonardo Dicaprio

I generally love crime dramas, but I hated The Departed. It was so slow and unengaging. American Gangsters wasn't a non-stop shoot-em-up, but the dialogue was great and really got ino the psyche of a crime syndicate and the way they affected the entire community, which is why I love it.
