I guess they know more than us, but since Castillo got here we had one good running season and that was with Kubiak.

If they know more than us why has losing been the norm?

This is my way of saying I think he needs to go as well. No more prevent defense.

In 2017 I would like to see a passing game like the Falcon's have, they also have a good run game. We have two good WR's in Wallace and Aiken and Permian is developing nicely and adding a free agent veteran will help.  The run game will improve with Dixon leading the way. I agree with everybody that the pass rush needs to be much improved. Adding a safety and cornerback will help the defense along with a Coordinator who will stop playing Prevent defense in the 4th quarter. This upcoming draft has to be one of the best in recent years, please draft playmakers in the early rounds. The offensive line needs a better center and some top notch depth. Alex Lewis getting healthy will help a lot. And I am just saying "Rex Ryan".

I agree, if he can't look at the future of football and draft players that make a difference then we don't have a chance of getting back to "playing like a Raven". Since Ray and Ed left we have not been a winning football team. This years 2nd round pick was a special teamer and now on IR. Something or someone has to change.

The last two years have been painful to say the least, but some thing has to change. I don't know how you can have the best rush defense and one of the worst pass defense.

with New England only rushing three or four players, I wonder why plays weren't designed to exploit that

I hate feeling like this.

Maybe we should see someone else run our draft board one time instead of Ozzie. Dean Pees needs to stop playing Prevent defense, just play Ravens football for 60 minutes. Then the only argument left is how players play.

I will say this about tonight, Play Like A Raven - Play for 60 minutes.

We need top play this game like we play the Steeler's and play for 60 minutes.

No prevent defense, we started that yesterday in the 4th quarter and the Steeler's quickly put up 14 points.

The brown's will be giving us all they have and we need to give them all we have.

So on to the browns on Thursday Night. I hope we can dial up a win and paly hard nose smash mouth football. I pray this is not a trap game and Dean Pees gets his play calling right. I mean by week 10 you would think that he would learn from his mistakes.

The Good: We kept the Steeler in check all game up the 4th quarter.

The BAD: Something change in the way the defense played in the 4th quarter, we should have shut out the Steelers.

My guess is the passive play calling by Dean Pees.
