We already know that it's Brady that wouldn't be as good without Belicheck. Remember when Matt Cassel led the Patriots to an 11-5 record the year when Brady tore his ACL? Or how about this season when Belicheck went 3-1 with a couple of scrub backups while Brady served his suspension? My guess is that Brady retires in 2-3 years and Belicheck continues to terrorize at least the AFC East by winning division titles for another 8-10 years after Brady is gone.

Would someone with a connection to John Eisenberg please tell him to go back and look at the deep pass that he claims Breshad Perriman "dropped" early in the game and notice the defender yanking his right shoulder down at the last second before the ball came down? My gripe with it is that this is the second or third article where he takes the time to specifically mention that play and yet, he is dead wrong about it being a dropped pass. Just because the referee did not call it a pass interference or defensive holding does not necessarily mean that he dropped it. There are much more glaring problems with this offense than one particular "dropped" pass anyway. At least be accurate about it if you're going to jump on a guy for a particular play over and over again in your articles!

Maxx got a hand on the ball, yes... but it was badly thrown behind him while he was in the air and reaching back to even make an attempt at it.
