It's not hypocritical. I'll explain it for you. 

I would like to see teams fear our offense for once but that's secondary to winning a championship. It's why I said I would like to see us be an offensive threat BUT ultimately I'd be happier winning. 

Seems like john gets heat for something Ozzie has taken blame for: not reloading the talent. 

I can't see john going anywhere and tbh I'm more inclined to be on the year too late side in regards to trying to fire him like with billick. 

My issue with the staff is that offensively we haven't been built up like the defensive side where we were seeing coaches move on due to hc opportunities. 

I would like to see Baltimore be an offensive threat every game but ultimately if we win it all I don't care if we are redoing 2000. Lets others get confused on how we win just win

When healthy he's the best cb we have. So any discussion about getting rid of him needs to start with lessening the reliance on him.i.e better drafting at the cb position. 

Its just funny how when discussing a top players injury it's always "well just cut him" as opposed to why the position group falls off so much with that loss.

It's because the defense either blitzes and prevents the qb from having time to look deep or the defenses covers everything deep and only allows the short stuff. This is also why WRs are paid to break tackles after the catch
