But the on field "leading by example" goes much farther to motivate all, especially at practice. I agree though, if you aren't self motivated anyway none of it has any effect.
Just remember that flacco respected Ray but thought the speeches were over the top.

How the hell does that negate his post?
he said don't always and you said some succeeded.
Rod Woodson never really caught on and Joe Greene didn't move up the ranks. Oh and mike singletary hasn't done anything extraordinary as a position coach which is why he's never stayed long anywhere he's coached

Is THIS. His finest moment....
Lost respect for Bart when he decided to get upset at fans for booing his poor performance.

Washington didnt get Cousins in. Only offered him $16m/yr.
Chiefs didnt get Berry done. They apparently wanted him to pay for a disability insurance clause that would pay the team out as the beneficiary. They were miles apart otherwise.
And Jets obviously didnt get Wilkerson done... which means he'll prob hit FA next offseason. My goodness would I love to have him. I'd probably give up re-signing BWill and Wagner to get him...
Nfl.com says Wilkerson done
22 minutes ago, Steve0x said:Why don't Ozzie hire him as Linebackers coach next season if Ravens defense doesn't improve this season. See if he motivates the players
It would require Ray wanting to be a coach and not just a motivational speaker amongst other things
Tucker can sign the tag fire his agent get long term deal during season
Didn't flacco new sign free up a lil bit of cap room so he kinda did free up room for tucker
A drawback for hesitating to say this what may be a fair offer early is that the other side can start to re-evaluate your importance to them. Right or wrong if you hesitate you allow the other side to hone in on the negatives such as what ESPN wrote: "However, Tucker is coming off the roughest season of his four-year career, converting a personal-low 82.5 percent of his field goals."
What?

Possible

Oj...
Flacco league and super bowl mvp. But push comes to shove I'll be ok if he only gets super bowl mvp
Wasn't camp hurt in minicamp or what not. Not saying it was severe but just a reliability stand point I don't think you can go with camp

But, creative interpretation on the countdown. I like it.

What does that have to do with us desk jockeys talking mess on an mb

I'm sure they're too busy being harassed on Twitter now.
I feel ashamed for people who follow an athlete on Twitter just to talk trash.

I am not sure who he is or who our QB is in this photo, but he is pointing right at me as if to say I had better post him in this thread or bad things could happen.

I'm 6'2" and at 190 lbs. Work like a dog so rarely ever hit the gym, last time I did the trainer said I was at 8% body fat. Not bad knowing my diet sucks lol
Meh married with 2 kids. I'm over the whole concept of needing to hit the gym to go to the beach. It's a concept for the weak minded.

How is a video that clearly shows his face at the end not credible? I'm really looking forward to this answer.
That said. How is that video proof that he'll do good. To say he will play well because that video is fake is just a bad comment

Really, do you know a thing about Dallas Thomas?
Again, I fully expect Tunsil to eventually take it back, but if you knew how truly terrible he is, it'd be horribly embarrassing to lose the job to him at any point.
It's July.

Couldn't tell you to be honest
did find this http://www.nfl.com/videos/detroit-lions/0ap2000000169084/Jerome-Felton-Jordan-Babineaux-Owen-Daniels
which leads me to believe if it's cheap Ozzie will like his veteran presence to help in the middle for a yr or two and if healed his speed goes with the desire to get faster in defense
