Doctor visit went ok this morning. Cholesteral is normal, doc doesn't think cancer has spread much but he wants me to get an MRI on my lungs. Got a flu shot while I was there but I really don't feel all that good. Stuffy nose, headache and slight fever. Had a good lunch afterwards, chicken, mac-n-cheese. It was ok. So damp outside humidity is high.

Thank You God for giving us this perfect day. Nice cool weather for the weekend. Perfect night for a good night sleep.

Football is gonna suck til 4 pm. Who is going to watch Washington vs. Miami @ 1pm on Fox. Doesn't the TV people know that Ravens fans hate the Redskins. Why can't they put the Steelers-Bengals on CBS instead. It will be a better game.

Watching Maryland open up against Miami on ESPN. Terps have the ugliest uniforms I have ever seen. Helmets that look like the state flag, white uniforms with no names on the back of jersey. Really awful.

Went to Gino's for a little birthday lunch. Should have gone somewhere else and spent $9.41 on something better. Gino Giant tasted like crap hardly any of the special sauce was on it. Best part of the meal was the fries and soda. Then after ordering had to wait almost 30 minutes for my lunch. Complained about it and they were so apologetic. They thought my order was an extra order and gave it to someone else. What a [profanity deleted] excuse.

Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer on CBS tonight at 8 pm. I heard this will be the first time that it will on in HD.

Today would have been my Dad's 80th Birthday. He passed away suddenly in 2005.

Just read that Ray Lewis will miss Sunday's game against Cincinnati. Possible that Ray might miss the 49'ers game as well. Ray got a toe injury against the Seahawks but finished the game. Doctors aren't sure if it is the same toe injury that Ben Grubbs had.

Terps dug themselves into a deep hole. Almost pulled it out but lost 37-31 to W.Virginia.

I hear that people from Montreal, Canada all the way down to Geargia felt the earthquake. Imagine if the quake was stronger how many more would have felt it and how much more damage would have been done.

Comcast was out again for almost 4 hours. This has to be the lousiest service I have ever gotten from them. But they will still take my money that they over charge for.

Just got back from court a few minutes ago and had an embarrassing moment. When I put my things back in my pants pockets and started to walk away, my pants fell down. Don't think too many people saw it though. Anyway, we settled out of court so I didn't have to talk to any judge.
