Season is over..... Only 1 more win an that's if they can beat Cleveland. Flacco is scared to get hit, offense line can't protect. Let Mallet start the rest of season. Flacco is going to start throwing more interceptions as the season goes on.
Hmm no one else is ticked that the Steelers are unveiling all black alternate unis for their game vs Ravens? No discussion? Okay then.
Titans want to get back into top 10 and if Tunsil gets past the Chargers, Ravens could possibly trade back with Titans and get an additional 2nd rounder.Â
In that position I'd prefer us to take Tunsil, our franchise will be better off imo. It's always nice in theory to get another 2nd round pick, but what does that player become? Is he a Torrey Smith, Upshaw, Osemele or does he become a Sergio Kindle, Terrence Cody? Give me the day 1 franchise LT over extra picks.Â
When we beat the Chargers... Ray gave the team a pregame speech. We beat the Rams... Ed Reed gave the team a pregame speech. This truly shows we are missing a leader in the locker room. I believe if Suggs didn't get hurt, he would be that guy. Then when Suggs retires, we again have nobody. We need to find a locker room leader for 2016.
As the way its shaping out next year we will have steelers bengals browns twice dallas ny giants philly and washington the jets bills phins pats chiefs and one of the afc south teams ... any thoughts
3rd round pick for Alshon with the conditions that we work out a long term deal with his agent before the trade goes through. Yeah our main problem is on defense but it's more so about continuity, chemistry, and lack of a pass rush. No SSS next year and Perriman is still an unknown it actually makes sense on our end, just depends how much Chicago wants and if Alshon would sign an immediate extension, probably won't happen for one of those reasons
i cringed watching that OTA video of jimmy smith.. he practically runs on his toes, how someone can suffer a lisfranc injury, have it surgically repaired, and ever have the stomach to perform on it like that in less thana year, is beyond me.
Of all the guys who left in FA who are you rooting for the most or will have the most success. My guy would be Tyrod Taylor (he has Watkins, Woods, Harvin, Clay to throw to, McCoy out of the backfield and a decent OL).
Surprised the Eagles cut Mathis, we're going to see if Kelly is as clever as he clearly thinks he is. Completely dismantled a good team that was just missing their starting QB. Losing Mathis is a big hit to that line.
If Russell Wilson genuinely wants to be the highest paid player in NFL history then he better prepare to be disappointed. No team will pay that much for a game manager. He isn't the kind of QB that can carry a team to a SB like Manning, his greatest asset is that he doesn't make too many mistakes but put him on a team without an elite defense and he'll crumble, he can't put a team on his back and make them winners, just not the player he is.
Love what I'm reading about Boyle! "Fifth-round pick Nick Boyle brings a lot of size to the tight end position. He was one of the rookies who didn't seem overwhelmed. In fact, Boyle showed his fellow first-year players where to line up a couple of times before the snap."
