Jarad Allen's price surprised me.  Way too much for a plus 30 pass rusher.

Especially when I thought I overpaid for Justin Tuck at half of Allen's price.

I need all the pass coverage I can with Manning and Rivers in the division. Abdul-Quddus had a +6.8 pass coverage grade in 2012 with NOLA (484  defensive snaps) and a +1.4 pass coverage grade in the pre season this year. He didn't get to play much with Lions last season, but he contributed as a STer.

He'll be a good STer for you. Btw, you have the trade switched in the trade thread.
