  1. If you can't beat em, join em. The 49ers took that one to heart. Sorry to see you go, Boldin. Now WR is a big need.
  2. The best thing about that movie was John Michael Higgins and Elizabeth Banks as the commentators. They had some pretty great lines.
  3. I see your point, but Boldin has two or three years left in him. Ellerbe has the majority of his career ahead of him, and I don't even think he's reached his prime. While I would agree that we shouldn't overpay Ellerbe to keep him around, I think we need to pay him enough to bring him back. We have never been a team that drafts for need, so I doubt Ozzie would want to enter the draft with a gaping hole at MLB.
  4. I hope not. Of the three, he's the one we need to bring back the most.
  5. Finished off the Paranormal Activity series with 3 and 4. While they aren't the scariest movies out there, I loved the Paranormal Activity movies. The attention to detail and the presentation of those movies made them really likable for me.
  6. I actually enjoyed The Village. I guessed the twist, but still liked it.
  7. Happy Gilmore and Billy Madison in the same morning. Time well spent.
  8. Ohh right, yeah that definitely fooled me too. And I agree, after I saw that last scene, all I could think about was the creative ways that TK couldve been used through the rest of the movie. But as you said, they reduced it to quarters and lighters. Definitely disappointing.
  9. Definitely. That scene was incredible, which made me wish that they had used the whole thing throughout the rest of the movie. I get that it was supposed to be a surprise, but still..they could've done SOMEthing with it. And which part are you talking about? The whole ending threw me for a loop, pun intended
  10. Other than that, it was a pretty good movie. Joseph Gordon-Levitt is quickly becoming the man.
  11. Haven't been in here in forever... Saw Watchmen the other day. Basically a superhero movie for grownups. The action was pretty good, and it had a few cool gory moments, but the story didnt really pull me in.
  12. I just saw it yesterday, and you are so right, it was a phenomenal movie. Great balance of action, humor, brilliant special effects, and its just an overall really well done movie. It is a pretty close second to the Dark Knight.
  13. Haha no worries, I gotcha and yeah, Grown Ups and Mall Cop were funny movies
  14. My greats: Christian Bale, Johnny Depp, Jim Carrey, Will Ferrell, Harrison Ford, Natalie Portman, Scarlett Johansson, Ryan Gosling. My hates: Nicholas Cage, Anne Hathaway, Emma Stone, Maggie Gyllenhaal, any of those Miley Cyrus/Selena Gomez/Disney Channel idols who get any kind of role in a feature film.
  15. By Paul Blart, Im guessing you are referring to Kevin James And great list of faves, by the way
  16. Just saw Thor this afternoon. Pretty good movie.
  17. For sure. That was an exceptional movie. Heath Ledger was flat out spectacular, and its quite fun to compare the strapping young man he played in The Patriot to the darkly humorous character he played as the Joker.
  18. Just saw American Psycho a few days ago.. crazy movie. And boy.. Christian Bale is phenomenal.
  19. I bumped up your neg, for you made me laugh
  20. Being a Star Wars nerd, yes I saw it. And its pretty cool in 3D, particularly the pod racer scene. But it doesnt have all of the 3D wow moments, like things coming out of the screen at you, that a lot of current movies have added in for the cool 3D effect, which makes sense since its older. But overall it was good.
  21. My thoughts exactly.
