The Purple Reign Show's emoji for the Browns is just wrong! LOLOL!
Don't know if it was asked already, but could they AT LEAST keep the weekly game threads open on the forum. ???

don't know about the bye. But I remember one year that the Ravens 2nd game of the season was cancelled due to a hurricane.
Since the NFL couldn't reschedule the game, they made week 2 their bye week. Ravens had to play 15 straight regular season games and I'm pretty sure they went to the playoffs that year. I think they played 16 straight weeks in a row.

The "nightmare" version is the one we get after the scheduling guy discovers his wife has cheated on him with a Ravens-fan. It has us open and close the season out on the road. We open at Heinz Field - nuff said; we get a SNF game before the London week, giving us 3 and ahalf days less tiome to prepare than the "dream" version; we are not granted the later bye, it "stays" at Week #4; we have a series of home-game and road-game runs; we close out the regular season with two road games: in Green Bay... IN DECEMBER!!!, and - you would never guess - in Cincinatti...; Only our SNF game is a home game, our TNF and MNF outings are on the road, the MNF game being the Week#16 clash in the ice field of the Lambeau; most of our easier games come in the first half, with most of our heavy weight opponents (PIT, both CIN games, OAK, GB, MIN, IND) coming in the back stretch; the OAK trip is a TNF game, giving us minimal time to shake the jet lag off; our SNF game is v the Lions - not an especially classic one...
As for the final, "realistic" version - I'll get back to it in another comment, as apperntly I'm only allowed to upload two images worth of data in one comment.
Wouldn't surprise me if the NFL doesn't listen to the Ravens request and schedules the bye after the London game.
There's no amount of training or conditioning that can prevent a high ankle sprain. Same for Flacco, there's nothing he
could have done in the offseason to prevent him from blowing out his knee week 10.
You can tell no one is running the forum or barely monitoring. Why is a LFW article in the Ravens Talk section?
He accidently hit and killed his 3 year old daughter with his truck.

They do that w/ every draft. If they're guy is picked, they go w/ BPA for a position of need.

Way to cherry-pick a 1/4 of Jernigan's season to make your argument. So you're gonna overlook the other 12 games he played last season? While I hope Kafusi can match Jernigan's play the first TWELVE games (30 tackles/5 sacks), I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't. Like I said, Jernigan played more snaps last season than all 3 combined.

KAFUSI.. that's like 3 rookies we just got to replace them.. ALL 3 DIDNT PLAY LAST YEAR.. its like adding 3dl to our DRAFT ... AM I MISSING SOMETHING?
You're missing a lot. I'm willing to bet, Jernigan alone had more snaps last season than those 3 do for their NFL careers.

It's like hearing that Megan Fox is single, do I start contemplating giving it a try?![]()
Shoot your shot bro!
While I agree that the WR depth is pretty limited, but honestly, name a team that has decent WR depth.
Considering how important each roster spot is, you're not going to find too many teams who have
a deep WR corp. Most teams have a true #1 and decent WRs at the #2 and #3, our problem is
the lack of vet/game experience at the #2 and #3 positions. If they stay healthy, a lot will be expected
of Perriman, Moore and Camp. It also wouldn't surprise me one bit if they take a WR with the 1st pic
to add to that depth.
lets go young bull!!

It's incentive based that doesn't hurt our cap situation at all. As a matter of fact, the deal created $1M in cap space for this year.
I will admit that I gave up on Camp after his 2nd year due to injuries. But after seeing the TD play in 2015 vs the Steelers and his play last year, I'm really hoping he can stay healthy. He's EXTREMELY talented and can be a play maker on offense once he stays on the field.

As for pass rush we actually have some (though largely unproven) youngsters at OLB who could fill in if necessary. So our only true need would be a starter at WR. If only we would have signed one of the vets at the beginning of FA. Then we could really pick best player available for the first time in a really long while.
As for RT I believe plan A is to move Lewis to RT and have Jensen (or Urschel) line up at LG.
Whatever it'll be, I'm really hyped about how our roster is starting to look. Solid depth here and there and for the key players to remain healthy and we should be golden.
Mangold would be a good signing, but he's a short term signing. I still hope they draft an interior lineman this year for depth/future starter at center.

Thanks...I didn't see this article.
Even if we had the space, he's too much of a headache.
Next.

Carrol.

I thought they squashed the Sherman trade talks.
Per today's presser, Ozzie said it was "highly probable" that another signing would take place prior to the draft.

So when FilmStudy would routinely direct his thoughts to RSR LONG BEFORE it was announced that this forum was shutting down, where was the profit?
I tell ya, some folks are just miserable.
Ken McKusick (aka FilmStudy) tweet:
QuotePer PFT draft chart pick 99 is worth 104 pts, 74 is worth 220, so I think of it as an extra #99 for Jernigan
Read into it as you like.

We are pretty much hoping Kaufusi and Henry can be starters right now
Kaufusi never made it out of TC and Henry never saw the field. That's a bit of a stretch to think they can be starters.
I'm thinking, they're expecting; Pierce, Urban and Carl Davis to provide an immediate impact. With Kaufusi and Henry as rotational players.
This would sit a little easier with me, if we would still had L. Guy.
We've lost 2 starting DLmen and trying to replace them w/ guys who have a year of experience or less.

I'm gonna have to disagree w/ you on this one.
I'm pretty certain the Ravens FO changed their philosophy on drafting or signing FA's w/ character/off-field issues after the Rice incident.
Off the top of my head, I can't think of a player w/ off-field issues that the Ravens have signed since cutting Rice.
