  20. Surgery went well but as you said, gotta stay away from any power lift with legs. I'll be getting back into the high protein & lifting soon. Just before the knee work I gained 15 pounds within 90 days with protein shake, bars, and pretty much eating everything possible and was still under 7% body fat. :-) Eventually my metabolism will make me watch what I eat but enjoying it while I can lol

  22. Nice topic, I'm one of those guys that seem to piss others off... I'm trying to gain not lose weight (muscle mass only) Wanna get back up to 200 lbs, currently at 185. Lost over 20 lbs after a knee surgery & a back issue keeping me out the gym but trying to work myself back into things. I'll try ur recipe our, sounds interesting

      Gonna be some good games this year. Just got my NFL sunday ticket installed so I'm ready to rumble. The rookies have a lot to learn in a short amount of time, they'll have to use their college skills mostly for the 1st half of the season... after that I figure teams should be firing on all cylinders...
