This highly touted young man reminds me of the Sergio Kindle 2nd round draft in 2010. Kindle was a high draft linebacker who never played a game in the NFL, with alcohol being a contributing factor.

Lets face it. Backfoot Joe just heaved the ball over the head of the big receiver as he threw the ball off his back foot. Almost every time Joe panics after feeling pressure and throws off his back foot the ball sails, and winds up sailing high or going off course. These back-foot balls are often intercepted, as was the case against the Cardinals and the 49ers. I am shocked that some coach has not beaten this back-foot throwing tendency out of Joe after 8 years in the league.
