When you think of it, very few QBs have consistency over a yearly period. Ben,Brady,Rogers,Russel,Ryan, Rivers and (P Manning) are in that conversation. What makes Brady the king is that his HC is a genius and his system wins those games. In our organization, I would say only Kubiak offered a team system that was complete and it was unfortunate for us, he moved on.

Flacco is the 3rd highest paid QB in the NFL and the 4th worse in terms of QB rating (75.4)....that's not a winning formula

Don't forget Caldwell who we won the S.B. with

Okay, we've changed O.C.'s and like last week we put a partial decent game together, then,it's like we go to sleep or in some kind brain lapse and can't do nothing. When we were leading and the run game was going, how come we changed up? It looks like Flacco is 2 seconds slower than what's happening on the field.By the time he sees his open receiver.it's like there's a pause and by the time he gets the ball out the defender has recouped. And why weren't we in no huddle under 2 minutes left? Flacco had them moving like it was 5 minutes left.No urgency.I think it's time for the backup QB.He looked decent in preseason.

  3. Like I said before,Harbs inherited a contender with one of the top defenses in history. Now that it has been dismantled lets see what he can do from here.so far he's not doing too good. First we need to find an O.C. that just wants to pad his resume for a H.C.job.Stop the revolving door.Next,we need a fiery,no nonsense D.C.that wants to play to win, fire Pees and his play not to loose mentality.Bring in some coordinators who can teach these young guys how to play in the NFL,and make the older guys step up.Above all we need some Fire and Desire instilled and make these guys play the whole play until the whistle blows and not give up.But it all starts with preparation, from film and class room to proper blocking and tackling techniques

  4. I understand we got bit by the injury bug real bad.But the bug didn't bite the coaches so what's the excuse when you put the next man up and he ain't prepared? As I'm watching these games I'm noticing that we have alot of guys on the field that don't play until the whistle. On offense some of the lineman make one block and stop, receivers run the basic route and stop.On defense, the front 4 barely make penetration into the backfield and when they do the QB or running back shakes them like they're nothing, the defensive backfield has no communication and half the time look like their lost and can't tackle let alone defend the pass. I've seen better defensive intelligence in the college games than I have watching the Ravens. And why are we so pass happy? With the running backs we have I don't know why none of them have posted a 100 yd.game this year.To me it goes back to coaching,Mr.Ozzie is still finding the raw talent he's been finding for years. It just seems like there is no progressive instructions or mentoring on this team to fine tune the raw talent anymore.

  5. Man,the first game that we had everything clicking on all cylinders and we were without our QB.People say Joe ain't this or that but I betcha he would've had a monster day.Especially after watching the "Interception King".They should have asked Ray and Ed about that one.

  6. This was the Sorriest, dumbest lost that I can remember and it aint' all on Dooomb! We had multiple chances to put this game away.I've been talking all year about our tight ends and just when you have the perfect game to show them off,you stop going to them. The tight ends and Juice(44) coming out the backfield was all day.Jags could not stop them boys. But NO! We got a Gunslinger for a QB who rather pad his #s than win the game. All I'm saying is we always blow the right moments with stupid play calling,on both sides of the ball.Yes I'm a real, true Ravens fan, just let me know when the real, true Ravens come back to roost.

  7. Alright, looking back on the history and success of this team quite naturally the 1st.thing we think of all the great players that have blessed us with their hard, dedicated and tenacious attitudes. Then I think of the behind scenes, all the intelligent, dedicated and tenacious coaches we were also blessed with.Which leads to the obvious conclusion. Hmmmmmmmmmm?!?!?!?!?

  8. RIP "Organized Chaos!" You talk about our offense being a vanilla package, our defense is in a transparent bag.By the time the 2nd half starts, the opposing OC has already figured out what Pees did, done, and doing so by the 4th. qtr. we can't even stop a nose bleed.Oh,and Flacco should get more mobile, those couple of runs worked real good.I was looking for more of it.

  9. Three changes: 1)Promote within or find a solid OC that wants to stay for awhile and not just come here to pad their resume; 2)When negotiations start up again, don't be so fast to send a top achiever packing because he wants a raise or you think he's old; 3)Offense- pound and ground, use more double TE sets and sit M.Brown down(give somebody that wants to catch a chance);Defense- stop running the same schemes the whole game,by the 4th quarter everybody knows what Pees is going to do

  10. These are the type of players needed in B-More,PWA's(Playas With Attitude!).I don't see no one on this team(except Smith Sr.)that plays with a chip on the shoulder. No Fire & Desire. The true Ravens spirit is not in these guys.Sizzle goes down and it was like somebody blew the light on the candle out.All the way back to Derrick Mason, even the original Q(Quadry) had the Fire.Man,our defense use to put fear in every team. Not anymore."Organized Chaos"RIP!Gone But Not Forgotten!
