  1. Flacco is the 3rd highest paid QB in the NFL and the 4th worse in terms of QB rating (75.4)....that's not a winning formula Don't forget Caldwell who we won the S.B. with
  2. Yeah, I agree with most of you about giving Mallett a try.As a matter of fact I suggested it before this game. Joe just seems like he's 2-5 seconds slower than everybody else around him. Now he's getting Kyle Boler on us. And Webb, oh my God.He's almost as slow as me and I'm old.Plus he acts like he's scared to hit. I know there are injuries, who ain't injured in the NFL?
  3. The defense is getting beat up because the offense is 3 and out. If the offense can do something productive it helps the stamina of the defense.
  4. Okay, we've changed O.C.'s and like last week we put a partial decent game together, then,it's like we go to sleep or in some kind brain lapse and can't do nothing. When we were leading and the run game was going, how come we changed up? It looks like Flacco is 2 seconds slower than what's happening on the field.By the time he sees his open receiver.it's like there's a pause and by the time he gets the ball out the defender has recouped. And why weren't we in no huddle under 2 minutes left? Flacco had them moving like it was 5 minutes left.No urgency.I think it's time for the backup QB.He looked decent in preseason.
  5. Trestman first then if Harbs can't right the ship,Next!
  6. Yeah Harbs will talk his garbage about doing better and then back to the old same bull
  7. He's just your average Joe with a strong arm.His backup is a better fit for our offense because he's mobile.Especially how our play calling sucks. In both games we lost we were out coached.Hats off to Del'Rio and Gruden, and Lord help us with the remaining schedule.I've always said that Harbs inherited a winning team. Now  we're witnessing his true skills.

The idea at Mallett being mobile is pretty laughable.

that entire little rant was laughable.

  8. We keep Brown who was a bust last year and D.Smith walk.Wow! Well I hope Weddle pays off.If we were going to get him we should've signed Ed a couple of years ago, would've been a better sign and our secondary would've been solid by now.
  9. Great guy,Great talent, great asset.I've been saying all year long that we need to keep him and them big, young tight ends busy and very involved in the offense. I wish you the best.
  10. Start Clausen,Renner as backup,and Schaub either 3rd string,practice squad or retirement.
  11. Russel had enough time to have a pedicure, back rub,and eat a dozen of B-more's Big Blue crabs, clean his hands and still make a play.
  12. So, does this mean that Matt"Interception King"Schaub is out?I hope so.A good time to see what the kid Renner has.Although Clausen was a big improvement over Schaub.
  13. Like I said before,Harbs inherited a contender with one of the top defenses in history. Now that it has been dismantled lets see what he can do from here.so far he's not doing too good. First we need to find an O.C. that just wants to pad his resume for a H.C.job.Stop the revolving door.Next,we need a fiery,no nonsense D.C.that wants to play to win, fire Pees and his play not to loose mentality.Bring in some coordinators who can teach these young guys how to play in the NFL,and make the older guys step up.Above all we need some Fire and Desire instilled and make these guys play the whole play until the whistle blows and not give up.But it all starts with preparation, from film and class room to proper blocking and tackling techniques
  14. Bennett couldn't have said it better. He knows this use to be the home of one of the top defenses and gave props to those who established it,"Even though they've disbanded".Too bad it use to be. RIP "Organized Chaos",gone but not forgotten!
  15. I understand we got bit by the injury bug real bad.But the bug didn't bite the coaches so what's the excuse when you put the next man up and he ain't prepared? As I'm watching these games I'm noticing that we have alot of guys on the field that don't play until the whistle. On offense some of the lineman make one block and stop, receivers run the basic route and stop.On defense, the front 4 barely make penetration into the backfield and when they do the QB or running back shakes them like they're nothing, the defensive backfield has no communication and half the time look like their lost and can't tackle let alone defend the pass. I've seen better defensive intelligence in the college games than I have watching the Ravens. And why are we so pass happy? With the running backs we have I don't know why none of them have posted a 100 yd.game this year.To me it goes back to coaching,Mr.Ozzie is still finding the raw talent he's been finding for years. It just seems like there is no progressive instructions or mentoring on this team to fine tune the raw talent anymore.
