  1. To me, it's a simple decision, directed by Joe Flacco, Denis Pitta and no doubt other players. 'No more change at OC ; we've had enough'. That strong message to Coach Harbaugh is the reason the search process for a new OC was canned.
  2. Simple really. Lewis heard Joe's general comments about enthusiasm on the podcast. It offended him so he decided, classless as he is, to make a personal attack on Joe. Typical. Go Joe and Go Ravens.
  3. Appreciate the insight into Jerry Rosburg. I had no idea how much goes into a ST play. Seems all the interviews I've heard of him - speakly softly - shows just one of two personalities.
  4. @rmcjacket23, way too complicated. There are plenty of 4th downs we punt away. We play to win.
  5. @rmcjacket23, the attitude of the Ravens is game by game, not season by season.
  6. This season is mighty tough for everyone in the FO. No doubt working 'round the clock, just to keep up. If Eric DeCosta wanted to at one stage build a new team, he's now got that challenge, right here in Baltimore.
  7. Right on cue, Crusader : Trying to lead by criticism.
  8. No surprise from Haloti. He's starting his leadership his own way : By citing (dubious) hidden potential in his teammates.
  9. Marc, I gather it's very hard for intelligent people to listen, because they interpret information so quickly. Congratulations, you're one of the very few.
  10. To me, there's a big difference this year. Coaches talk about competition, improving everyone present and giving everyone a role. As if, and this could be real, those that don't make the roster make other NFL rosters. I like the confidence and the structure a lot. It's a good sign, and I expect we'll walk into more games confidently expecting to win them.
  11. There's an Australian cricketer named James Falkiner. His teammates call him X because he's the X factor in the side winning many tight matches.
  12. @fusuymada, maybe it's to create an aberration in the final year. Ravens that move to other teams seldom maintain their level of performance in the final year. It might be, though I don't have the data to check, that they revert to performance levels of their other years served. If that boost happens in the final year, the FO will know its continuity, more than other teams.
  13. We sign a great and perfectly fitting player, and I read 9 pages of Ravens bickering.
  14. Wonderful news ! Let's go Ravens !
